Usually I have no problems, but this time the sink cabinet was broken, there were stains on the sheets, and the bath tub was somewhat clogged so the water ran out of the tub very slowly. I hope this was just a one time occurrence.

Comfortable. Clean. It is easy to hear guests in next door rooms though due to the hard flooring.

The couch cushion was ripped and the cushion had a stain. there was someone else’s prescription medication on the floor that my CHILD found. There was also someone’s chocolate found in the nightstand by one of our kids. We specifically asked for the room with the pull out couch but there were no sheets or blankets for it. The bathroom ceiling had clearly been repaired for a leak but never finished just a sheet of patched drywall up. After traveling for 12 hours with 4 kids we’re excited to just get to sleep but our window was next to a bar with live outdoor music. That was going well past 11pm. Needless to say we did not sleep well. The breakfast bar had good selections and the beds were fine. Overall seemed clean. But very disappointed with the room.

No TV service (said it was being worked on by a tech all week but not fixed. Really??? ( they didn't want to pay for cable) no soap (had to ask for some), ice machine broken, no pool (even though website listed one), had to put a CASH security deposit of $50 (they initially wanted 60.00) I did get it back after they inspected the room to be sure it was left in decent condition. No breakfast. The hotel could use a good window washing throughout the lobby area and first floor and someone needs to clean the glass table in the "lobby". Looks like it hasn't been touched in months. Place really needs updating and halls smell like cigarette smoke. I would NEVER recommend this hotel and the topper...I paid $205.00 for the pleasure of staying there. Do not do it!!!

Room was clean . Tub did not drain. Elevator was broken , which was bad since I had a broken leg. Ice machine broken on second floor . Front desk staff was very nice and attentive.

The room was fairly clean. However, there was obvious damage to a seating bench. In the bathroom, there was hair on the floor and in the tub. The sink faucet was loose and in danger of breaking off. When taking a shower, the tub drain was completely clogged and made the shower dangerously unsafe. We were there as part of a larger group for a sports tournament. The hotel treated us like thieves. All the ice machines were "broken". The elevator was "broken" and they had people stationed out side the breakfast area forbidding people to take any breakfast foods back to their rooms. One of the families had their room re-rented, while they were staying in it! They gave out a key to the room to complete strangers! The hotel refused to apologize or acknowledge the error, instead choosing to blame the tournament family and telling them they should "vacate the premises" if they didn't like what happened. Overall, I will make sure to advise future tournament organizers of this horrible place and will advise the over 300+ families in our sports organization to never stay here.

Was tucked right off major road so not too noisey. Inside amenities of room were sufficient. Some reason ended up with handicapped room & the shower was way to low for regular people. Asked to swotch rooms, but told couldnt, so mixed review truly. Side yards were a mess with garbage.

Staff were excellent. The halls and elevator smelled bad. Musty smells.

The hotel looks to be recently remodeled, but 1 of the 2 rooms we booked had literal MUSHROOMS growing out of the carpet and wall where the AC unit was leaking. They were aware that some units were having that issue at the front desk. So why wouldn't they inspect every room and make sure the leaky AC units were fixed prior to renting out the rooms?!?! This is a health department issue. They agreed to move our room to another one on the same floor, but called (while we were at a family funeral) to say it couldn't be the one they initially reassigned us to because they found out that AC unit would only blow hot air. The front desk clerk handling all this was sweet and apologetic, making sure that we finally got assigned a safe and comfortable room, but COME ON! She was unable to give us any kind of discount on the room since there was no manager on site. Quite the hassle, and we were very disappointed that this potential health issue wasn't handled better by the management.

What a great place to rest our tired heads! This is a beautiful motel! The lovely pool is big, has an assist chair for the disabled to enter the pool. Thw breakfast was superb: would have cost us $39.99 for the same breakfast at Bob Evans (which is nearby). The bed and pillows were so comfy I want to duplicate them at home. The staff were most gracious and helpful. I wish I could've stayed a week instead of just one night.

We stayed for 6 nights, and it was a pleasant stay. The staff are very helpful and accommodating. When i had additional family members flying in, they were able to put them in a room not far from ours. I asked for housekeeping every 2 days, and they did so. The staff was so nice, and I would stay here again.

In my room my Grandaughter found 2 unused condoms. My 5 yo grand daughter found a bottle of water that she started drinking. I have stayed multiple times and never had a room in this condition. The property around hotel has always been clean and is secure. Room cleanliness very disappointing.

I liked this property but the doors are heavy and loud. Otherwise terrific, clean and comfortable

Staff were unfriendly, no hair dryer, no towel bars, no exhaust fan in bathroom, no sheets or blankets for sofa bed, couldn't use microwave and toaster at the same time, no extra toilet paper in room, location of toilet paper holder was very inconvenient, insufficient shampoo and conditioner for the 3 people staying here. Won't be back.

Clean and convenient

The staff was quite nice and the lobby and grounds well maintained. The room itself was okay. I wished that the room was serviced at least once during my 4 days. Also there were mysterious brown smudges on the walls and the drain didnt work in the tub.

Recently stayed for 4 nights! When we checked in waited 10-15 for someone to come to front desk then was asked 1 question nothing about breakfast nothing about what to do to get more towels. Loud talking in parking lot til 3am could hear all the loud talking in the halls all hours. Husband was told to go back to our room cause he came done with no shoes but I watched 3 others in the eating area with no shoes. Next morning he went to get towels and grab food and bring back for our children and got screamed at again this time for taking towels in the area! AVOID if you want to sleep sound. Was not worth the money at all.

Some things in the room not working, tub drain slow, toilet seat loose, sink stopper missing. Only one ice machine in the building. Otherwise all was good

It was a very beautiful hotel, rooms were very nice as well. I can say nothing bad about the place, very happy to have stayed here! I do wish they had a hot tub but I'll live
