I have stayed at Vista Kay in the past and it was a wonderful experience. When we arrived to the room we found bugs all over the floor along with a strong musty smell. They offered to put us in another room but after seeing the house keeping simply sweep up all the centipedes and spray the room with fragrance we decided to stay elsewhere. To be honest the two experiences were polarizing it didn’t even seem like the same place. I am hoping to be able to work with Expedia for a refund on the property.

Only had ONE person working . Had to wait over 30 mins to get room keys AFTER I had already “checked in”. I will NEVER stay at this property again. The communication is terrible !!!! I still have no received a receipt from my stay and it’s been over 24 hrs since I checked out.

We have stayed at Vista Cay many times. The property is well kept. The rooms are nice, area we have stayed at is always quiet. . Publix is less than a 5 minute drive, depending on where your condo is on the property.
There are a few pools for everyone to enjoy. The main pool is great for families since there is plenty of things kids can do there.
Look forward to going back next year.

The rooms were a little old and outdated but it was clean, comfortable and conveniently located which made up for it. We also had our dog stay with us and had no issues at all with that. There were plenty of places to walk him and the property was pretty quiet.

It was not very clean and they only gave us 2 rolls of toilet paper when we were staying for 4 days and had 4 people on our reservation.

Rental did not appear to have been recently cleaned, dead bugs on entrance and bathroom. Also both toilet paper holders and paper towel roll were inoperable, along with very rusted shower rods. The pool tools were kid sized. Otherwise, decent unit and size for the price.

I stayed in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo and was extremely disappointed with it. It was as if it was neglected. All the pictures on the walls were crooked, there were ants in the master bath, the fridge didn't work correctly, the toilet was constantly running, the garbage disposal didn't work, and there were no curtains in the entire condo. For the money, I expected better upkeep and better service.

We were so impressed with this property. They had a party at the pool during the day that my kids enjoyed so much! The bartenders were so friendly and the staff were so pleasant. Parts of the property need updated. Some units are newer but they have tons of units so totally fine with the property just needs TLC in some bathrooms other than that no complaints we would stay here again and again

Large water damage stain on roof, called to change unit, they said they would call us back and never did, never checked back with us! Dirty air vents!

I had to pay an extra $90 per night which I didn't was informed. There was a problem with the restroom and was impossible to communicate with the front desk to ask them fix it.

Room was not as clean as it could be dirt in the corners ans along the baseboards shag carpet smelled like mo;d the towel rack in the bathroom falls off the wall everyytime you touched it.

Close to convention center. No coffee cups/mugs. Coffee pot missing pot. Should provide more then on pack of dishwasher detergent. Property management did bring over mugs and new coffee pot.

Had to move units upon check in due to water leaking from upstairs bathroom into basement bathroom. Communication from office was good, but delayed our plans that day. The units are hit and miss, and in need of repairs and renovation.

Our three bedroom condo was very spacious but not as clean as it should have been. All of the surfaces were dusty and there was grease splatter in the kitchen on the knives cutting block. Bathrooms were OK some hair on floors and shower. Poor housekeeping

We were very impressed with the accommodations. We originally booked a townhouse but there was an issue. I didn't find out until check-in. The replacement unit was spacious and had the amenities we were looking for. We will stay at this property again.
