Stayed here for 3 nights in late November. As a solo traveller here to see the sights I only had a basic single room with no view, but it was very comfortable, clean, and had everything I needed.
All the staff spoke very good English, which saved both them and me from my basic Polish. Check-in was welcoming and efficient.
The sky-bar has superb views out over the river. I had a couple of meals and drinks there which were all very good and reasonably priced. The welcome drink was also a nice touch.
Breakfast is a buffet style, with plenty of choices of both hot and cold food, and was always well stocked and good quality.
The location was excellent, enjoying the view of the river and castle, but also being just a short walk into the old town area, and I felt perfectly safe walking alone late at night to and from.
If I visit Kraków again, this is where I want to stay.

Wonderful views of the Castle & River from the rooftop Sky Bar. Great experience having Evening Meals and Drinks watching the Sunsets. Rooms Good and Comfortable. Excellent Week in Krakow staying here. I would recommend strongly.

Very nice and helpful staff. The room was sufficient for the two of us. The water in the shower sometimes went a bit wonky, but everything worked and we enjoyed ourselves very much.

Lovely hotel, staff are brilliant and so helpful. Bart on reception will do anything for a greggs sausage roll or steak bake 😂. He provided recommendations that were all brilliant from food to cocktail bars he certainly knows his stuff. Rooftop terrace staff could do with smiling a little more but thats about it.
Location is perfect just a little walk into the old town (flat no huge hills), overlooking the Vistula river and rooms lovely and clean with lovely sauna (spa under construction).
Rooms were clean, tidy and we had great room with view over the city and the river.
Very hospitable country and worth the trip to anyone that is remotely interested in culture, cocktails, gastronomy or anything at all really.

This hotel was an absolutely amazing place to stay. We spent a little extra for a room with a view and it did not disappoint. We had a view of the river that goes across Kraków as well as the Wawel castle. The area is very quiet overnight, and within walking distance of most of the old town. The staff are very friendly, including one fellow who makes it his business to learn some words to help make their guests feel welcome!

Perfect location, super views of the river and Wawel Castle. The reception staff and Bart in particular couldn't have done more to ensure the stay was perfect with suggestions of places to visit including the slightly more unusual like The Leaky Cauldron cafe! Room was perfectly adequate in size, large opening doors/windows. Just a 20 minute and short walk from the airport on Bus route 300.

We had a lovely bedroom overlooking the lake. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast had lots to choose from.. I would recommend the hotel to anyone wanting a great hotel at an excellent price.

Our fourth stay at this hotel and it was excellent as always. Daily housekeeping, friendly and helpful staff (especially Bart on reception) and a really good choice at breakfast and on the evening menu. The hotel is ideally located for shopping and sightseeing and we will definitely be back next December.

The hotel is small but the rooms are ideal for a mini break. The hotel reception staff are very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble.
Breakfast had a good selection of dishes and there was always a seat.
We had a river view room which had a lovely aspect.

Travelled as a group of 20 from start to finish friendly professional staff throughout the hotel, looked after us, special mention to Bart on reception who made made us all feel very welcome and even left a note with ideas and tips for the whole group to try.
He was off the weekend and still took the time to do this showing, his professional to his job.

Not sure how this is a 3* hotel! Fantastic staff, great rooms. Rooftop terrace is incredible with views over the river and the breakfast included was great as well. Shout out to Bartosz with the 5* service from start to finish. Will definitely be coming back next year!

This is a great hotel situated in one of the best areas of Krakow, right by the Wawel castle and river. Staff are friendly and the rooftop bar has a great menu menu selection and view. Stayed 2 nights with my dog and it was a lovely experience

We stayed here for 3 nights and loved this hotel. Amazing views over the river and right next to the castle so location was great. The rooftop bar was lovely and we had all our main meals up there. The pizzas were delicious. All staff were friendly, helpful and excellent. We’ll be back!

Fab hotel in a great location the Manager Bart was fantastic he made us feel so welcome and nothing was too much trouble.
The room was comfortable and we had a great view overlooking the river.
The breakfast was continental but there was plenty to choose from with a couple of hot options as well.
We are planning to go back in a couple of years for friends wife’s 60th as we loved Krackow so much and so we will definitely stay at this hotel as it was within easy walking distance of everything….. perfect

Lovely view of the river and castle from our bedroom. Hotel was in a very convenient location to explore the Old Town. Staff were very helpful and friendly especially the Reception staff and the staff who helped with breakfast. Fantastic views from the rooftop bar and restaurant.

The hotel is ideally located next to the river and castle but within easy walking distance of the main square. Rooms are simple but clean. Staff are pleasant and the roof top bar and restaurant is an ideal place to watch the world go by with a Zywiec or Wisniowka!!

Patryck who checked us in was amazing. Helped us talk to our excursions. So friendly and after a long trip it was what we needed. The restaurant was great had many cultural dishes. I would stay here again and highly recommend the hotel.
