A very nice, beautiful spacious room. Only problem was a plug beside a mirror to dry my hair. Temperature control for room was excellent, bathroom was clean so very happy with stay and will be back

Hotel location is wonderful.
On the other hand I think that the rooms need a renovation, mainly in the bathrooms they are old

Our terrace room was beautiful, bright, and quiet. The staff members were always kind, helpful, and professional. The hotel is located within easy walking distance of the bus and train station, Hawkswell Theatre, pubs and restaurants, and shopping. We also enjoyed our daily breakfast at the hotel. We highly recommend staying here if you visit Sligo.

Great stay at The Glasshouse in Sligo. Only slight criticism is the room service menu and times could be expanded.

I had booked a room with a balcony but it did not have an accessible bathroom so I opted for the accessible bathroom. The view was lovely but alas no fridge.
We enjoyed dinner downstairs, boys enjoyed cod and chips with several glasses of Guinness and I loved spicey chicken wings with the Sicilian Pinot grigio.
Finished the meal with Irish coffee. Wonderful

It had been years since we were last in Sligo. The Glass House is a great addition to Sligo Town, positioned at a great location on the river and a close drive to County Sligo Golf Club at Rosses Point. Great dining within walking distance and the Thomas Connolly Heritage Pub with Trad music across the way.

The service staff were amazing if it wasnt for the service staff it would be a 1 star
The service staff were so down to earth and always smiling and had a welcoming vibe which i felt very comfortable home from home
The management staff over the different sections were always looking serious and grumpy
The service staff on the ground makes the glasshouse look 5 star or above only for them i wouldnt come back
But i will be back
A message for the high up people in the glasshouse is please look after the amazing service staff because them staff makes your hotel what it is there very hard workers

The Glasshouse was very conveniently situated in the middle of Sligo giving easy access to bars and restaurants. It was very clean, quiet and parking was easy and safe.

We had a deluxe king with a river view that was very spacious and comfortable. We celebrated my husband’s 50th while there and received a nice card and chocolates in the room upon arrival. Robes and slippers provided. Hotel is close to all shopping and restaurants. Staff friendly and helpful. Underground Parking on site for low fee of 4 Euros per day. Great included breakfast in the morning that had many options. Only con was the shower head that was in desperate need of descaling.

Very comfortable friendly hotel. Staff excellent. Food excellent and good value for money. Convenient place in central Sligo. Hotel car parking very handy. No need to go outside with luggage! Wedding anniversary acknowledged by staff too. Nice card, chocolates and glass of proseco after dinner!
