Great location. In the center of it all. Clean rooms. Nice stores and coffee shops on the ground floor.

Cancelled on Expedia, did not communicate with the hotel. I was charged for one night. Currently waiting on Expedia to email me back. Everyone was wonderful and helpful, but hiking the situation will be rectified.

They will need to begin updating the decor. Some may not appreciate the 80’s nautical charm.

We had the best experience at this beautiful, historic and perfectly located hotel property which included the hotel staff Paula and Cody. They were every traveler’s dream team; friendly, helpful and connected during our entire stay. We were so comfortable in our room and were so impressed with the views of the Marina from our room.

This was our third year staying here.
Upon arrival we were thoroughly disappointed.
The balcony door was off the track so it was extremely hard to open and close. The chairs normally out on the balcony were missing. The table present was chipped and peeling. The ceiling had water stains and the sprinkler on the ceiling was nearly hanging from damaged drywall. The bedroom door was split.
I’d also add that they don’t have a gym anymore. They do offer day passes for a gym 10 minutes down the road. It was a great gym but, inconvenient.
For the price this year it was not worth it. We’ll be looking to stay elsewhere for our fourth trip back to the area.

Hotel was nice. Rooms were big and I like the suite with the bedroom separate. Room was immaculate. We couldn't hear any noise from any other room.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable after a day of walking around Newport. The location is great with shopping, restaurants, and sites all within walking distance.

Very nice loft with a cool roof balcony. Only complaint I had was there was no hair dryer in the room. It was a very convenient spot to walk to all the area restaurants and bars.

This hotel's location is the best in Newport. It's right by the pier with tons of great restaurants and shopping. The rooms are a great size. We always stay here now that we've found it.

Location is great but for the price the hotel needs a major renovation. It is very old and very stuffy in the elevator and a smell in the 2 bdrm townhome.

For it being in an older building (built 1835!) this was a wonderful stay. Very clean and unique. Definitely plan on staying again! Good location as well.

I've been traveling to Newport since my college days at Salve Regina visited my bffs ( over 20 yrs) I've stayed everywhere, and this is the best place. You cannot beat the location. We keep coming back!

The townhouse room is fantastic. A bit dated, but who cares when it’s clean, in a great location and has two levels with private balconies! I would definitely stay again!

Great stay! The hotel is so centrally located. All balconies have water views. Loved having an outside area. It was so nice having a 2 story room. Would definitely come back. The staff at the front desk were all so friendly and helpful.

Love the location, parking expensive especially if you have 2 vehicles, outdoor furniture needs replacing. Very quiet at night even though it is in the heart of the action
