Very bad experience! Accidentally booked a room here instead of Covington, KY. Realized error and within 15 minutes called the front desk to request a refund. Said I would need to speak w manager, Mick. 4 calls later and even calling corp office…mgr declined request to refund $169. Literally they held the room for 15 minutes and could have easily rented it to another customer. So…I dropped $338 to spend 12 hrs for a bare bones room. Feel totally ripped off.

I had limited expectations on my stay. I was very pleasantly surprised. The hotel was very clean, the staff were pleasant and helpful ( but not in-your-face-see-how-happy-am, they were just authentically nice and helpful.) It's clear that the management took a very active role in making the environment good for staff and guests alike. I will be staying there again this week.

Went to see mystic falls. This property is close. I was told this is one of the properties everyone suggests that VD groupies stay at for safety reasons. We had no issues.

Drove 6 hours to stay at this hotel. There was black mold in the shower. We were there 3 nights and house keeping didn’t come to clean or change the trash. Asked for toilet paper, we got kleenex instead. Also was double charged for the security deposit. I asked for more hand towels, there was 4 people in the room and I was given only 1!! I loved how close we were to the square but I’ll be finding a new place to stay next time.

We've stayed here before and we were amazed at the differences in a year. Other vistors were allowed to scream and cuss and carry on all night long. Fighting in the hallways with no repercussions. Adults practically fornicating in front of children in the pool area. Stains all over the floors. Our sofa bed had a broken zipper and was so sunk in it couldn't be sat on. This was a terribly rough stay. We even left a day early because we weren't able to get any sleep.

Hotel appeared on website to be reasonable (as most appear to be!) however, the hotel was not in a very good condition. Carpets in the hallways were disgusting, all marked/stained and dirty. Wont stay again

Staff complaining about workload in front of guests. The manager was extremely rude when we brought a concern to his attention. Room not very clean. Sofa had stains, wall had dried boogers. Also cigarette butts and the box wrappers in pool. When we confronted manager about it he stated “well that’s outside” … ok and… I don’t think I’d stay again.

Stopped for a night. The hotel is clean and staff is friendly Sometimes La Quinta's can be hit of miss. This one is a hit. I would recommend this one to anyone.
