Body fluids smeared all over the large wooden headboard. Front desk handed me cleaning supplies and rubber gloves. Turned in keys immediately and asked for refund. Was refused. Have photos.

Friendly prompt front desk. 1st room was a no no. Went to FD shared our concerned, took notes about it and assign a 2nd room. Completely opposite of the 1st one. Breakfast could've been better. Attendant was talking over the phone the whole time and items supposedly offer, were empty. Pool was nice and clean.
Check in and out were fast and pleasant.

We asked for a quiet room but we got the front room closest to the road. With our window overlooking a MCDonald’s parking lot that was super lighted all night long. So no darkness in our room. McD’s had a pre 5 AM delivery with a Hugh semi-truck idling outside our window for over an hour. So no quiet between the road and the semi. On check in we asked to move back but supposedly it wasn’t possible. All contributed to a very restless stay.

Missy the hotel manager was Very disrespectful I’am handcapped and she treated very poorly she didn’t want me to sit in the lobby I walk with a cane and have a hard time breathing very disappointed will NOT stay in that hotel again

Not sure why the ratings are so low. The pool lookes clear. The guy who checked us in was very funny and nice. The bed was comfy, great water pressure, large room with 1 king bed. It could use a little routine maintenance like paint touch ups and new carpet, but the area was safe, the ac worked well, tv was adequate size for the room. The shampoo and condition were a nice bonus. Since its on the wall, we both were able to use it. The breakfast was typical: waffle, cereal, juices, coffee, pastries and bagels, yogurt, sausage, egg and biscuits served from 630-930. Check out was 11am so thats an added bonus because so many places are 10 or even 9am down here. Id definitely stay here again. My only complaint is the need for better pillows. I sleep with 4 pillows alone due to severe pain.

The hotel was slightly older, but had a very homey feel. Everything was clean. Breakfast ended a bit early but other than that no complaints.

Quiet , relatively clean, room service wasn’t on top of it real well! Ask for clean bath towels and it took till the next day to get them, Hair dryer was burnt up and did not work, took them till next day to mount a new one!

Absolutely perfect for my 3 day business trip. Staff was really nice, and I have absolutely nothing negative to say. I definitely got my money's worth. I never got a chance to try the breakfast because I was already out the door, but it always looked nice when I passed by the dining area.

Not sure if all rooms are as big as room 109 but its the size of a studio apt . Very clean breakfast room with lots of options. Its nice when a hotel is what you should expect and at a fare price .

Came in for Thunder Fall Rally. Check in was somewhat frustrating. A huge barrier in language. I couldnt understand anything he said. I did make out that he said someone had already checked in under my reservation at 8:45pm but we didnt get there until 1am. He got it arranged amd got us in a room but it took far to long considering we had just rode 8 hours on a motorcycle. The other staff at the front was very nice the rest of our stay. The room was clean, bed was comfortable.

Great hotel close to PCB beaches and very convenient to Captain Anderson’s. Bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was very large for a hotel. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

The breakfast was horrible. Plastic eggs and dry biscuits. It was inedible. The room was tired and worn. The bed was comfortable and the AC did a good job.

This was overall a good hotel. We felt safe and the room/ bed were comfortable. It’s an older hotel and some areas of our room could have been better ( some mold in the tile around the tub, water pressure in the shower was low, noticeable stains in the carpet). Check in was super easy and the attendant was very friendly and professional. Pool was clean and a hit for the kids. We would stay here again.

The Carpet stain led me to the fridge so I put two and two together - not a terrible deal but it had mold in the air

Our first room had a terrible smell. At bedtime I took off my shoes and found the carpet soaked. It was too late to move but the next morning the manager moved us immediately to a better room. Great customer service!

This hotel met the needs of our one-night stay. It was quiet and had all amenities you expect. Location was 5 minutes from restaurants and shops on the bay. The breakfast offered was nice in the morning before we checked out. The bathroom could use some TLC (cracked sink, rust around the bathtub).

The room was moldy. I was so congested sleeping there. It needs updates immediately. Stains on the counter.
The rooms and hallways have dehumidifiers. That means they’re aware of the mold and don’t want to spend to fix. I was charged $150 per night for a what should have been $70/ night.
If it was updated and clean I wouldn’t have minded the price. I wouldn’t let my feet touch the floors. Wore sandals. Comfort inns used to be the best. Not anymore
