Our room was clean and quiet, every day there was a cleaning. The location is good, not far away from centre (15 min) and ladadika (8 min). I definatly recommend staying here for a visit in Thessaloniki.

Dirty bathroom!

Front office people were v. pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was good and issues e.g. fridge were attended to promptly and successfully. It's a couple of streets up the "hill" from the main drag but that was not an issue for me. Overall I enjoyed it.

This is a great "3 Star" hotel. Clean, good bed, safe neighbourhood, breakfast with lots of choices. It is about a 15 min walk from most attractions. People at front desk were helpful & friendly. Internet worked & was fast. Cable TV offered about 30 channels - some in English. For the money this is a good value & we would stay here again.

We stayed four consecutive nights at the end of April. The service was excellent. The employees were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very good and we appreciated the longer breakfast hours than we get in most places. Our only complaint was that the air-conditioning had not been turned on for the season and our room was uncomfortably warm, even with the window open. With the window open, we could hear lots of city and traffic noise.

Fine location, walkable to city center. Best price for this cathegory. Quick check in/out. Room in good condition, spacious, with confortable beds. Excellent television set. Kind receptionist. Some unessential amenities missing, such as tissues or shoeshine cloths. Breakfast disorganized on the last day, otherwise

I liked the location as well as the property. The room was spacious and clean. Staff very nice!

Everything was perfect and clean. Only problem was that the water was coming out of the floor drainage tap when emptying the bathtub.

Nice well maintained place. The position in town wasnt great but was only 5-10 mins walk to where all the action is.I knew there was no pool but thought that there might be some outside terrace, loungers etc.

Our room was spotless and everything was in working order. The staff were polite and very attentive. As it was 37oC on 2 of the days we stayed, we had the air-con on and it started to drip from the ceiling. We mentioned this to the front reception when leaving for dinner one might and our air-con was fixed the next morning. Breakfast too was tasty and very fresh. Highly recommended.

We loved Thessaloniki. It is a friendly buzzing city, wonderful cafes and sights to see. We walked everywhere and felt comfortable and enjoyed. Gorgeous shops; gorgeous buildings; and some very special places. We concentarated on the Jewish history and were very emotionally moved. and A MUST is Vergina - the tomb of Philip of Macedonia.

Very nice and modern hotel with clean rooms and decent facilities. Nice bar and lobby area. Breakfast a bit sparse so would be nice to have a bit more variety. Very clean, discrete maid service, easy check in and check out.

A bit of a walk to things of interest, cafes , bars , restaurants etc. On a very busy road . Nice reception, stylish . Staff not particularly friendly . Breakfast a nightmare , very dissapointing . Hotel served a purpose , but not recommended .

This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. I don't say that lightly. I tried to get my money refunded and the hotel staff was unable/unwilling to do so because I had booked through hotels.uk. I lodged a complaint with them as well, and have yet to receive a response. The hotel lied about having on-site free parking (they meant there was free parking on the street). The staff was rude. The room was filthy (hairs on the bed linens, in the bathroom, trash on the table). The accommodations were old, including a television from the early 90's. The AC couldn't be turned on while the window was open, but the AC smelled of dead animal and the room smelled as well. Upon leaving the room, all electrical outlets stop functioning making it impossible to charge laptops, phones, and tablets for upcoming travel. The room was tiny and cramped. The neighborhood was not close to anything of interest. I honestly can't say enough negative things about this hotel. The fact that they have a four star rating only means to me that they have paid someone off. There is NO WAY this is a four star hotel. It barely ranks amongst the worst of the motels I have visited. I have never encountered such a dispassionate and unapologetic staff.

Walking distance to the center and many tourists attractions. Staff was very helpful and easy parking topped it all.

Hotel had a friendly staff that helped a lot with dealing with the airport when our baggage got lost during layovers on our way to Greece. Hotel quality was a little above average. We had a suite which was just a regular hotel room with a couch. We expected more space but for the price it wasn't bad. Bathroom was large and comfortable and there was a large balcony with a great view of the street. It took us about 15 minutes to walk to the central portion of the downtown area.
