Room was clean but not enough towels, shampoo for 5 people

Stayed in a room that was supposed to sleep 6. The sofa bed was like sleeping directly on the springs (mattress was maybe 2” thick). Thank goodness we had 2 children with us who can sleep on anything. Although, we could tell the next day that they didn’t get a good nights sleep.
Breakfast was lacking. Only good thing was the waffle.

The Comfort Suites at Ocala North is close to I-75 and is a pleasant middle-grade hotel. The suite was clean and roomy enough and the beds were comfortable. I thought that the breakfast was a little too basic; but, for the room price I can't complain. My niece and I enjoyed our stay.

Stayed here after a football game in Gainesville. Expecting average and hoping for the best given the price point; Happy to report the best was extremely comfortable, 4 pillows all great, super clean room and bathroom. I will 100% return again.

The room wasn't ready when we got there. We had to wait about 40 minutes to check in. The sofa bed has a dirty or stain mattress that my brother didn't want to sleep on it. The breakfast wasn't too good, when we got there at 8:30 am, everything was gone. There was no eggs, no coffee, etc. You need improvement about it.
It is a lot of noise (cars) from the street, and I didn't sleep well the second night. Maybe I found all this things wrong because it was a labor day weekend. 🙃

The pool and hot tub were dirty. There were cigarette butts floating in the hot tub. We told the desk clerk and she said thanks but didn’t seem too eager to call someone. The hotel and everything was quiet which was good and it’s convenient to I 75. The breakfast lady was over 30 minutes late on Sunday so we just left and went to Dunkin. I would stay again and hopefully get to use the pool and hot tub next time.

Good price for the rooms, breakfast bar included. This was our first time staying here, and plan to break up the drive on the way home from football games at UF this season, so we will be booking the remainder of the season’s home games at this hotel.

The room was dirty, hand prints on the headboard and some splatters of something. The bathroom was kinda dirty with stuff on the walls. The greeting at check in was terrible. The staff at the counter was extremely rude during the process. It wasn’t a terrible stay but I truly expected better

There was tons of dog hair on the carpet, wires exposed and dirt/hair on the back of the toilet. When asked to switch rooms or have housekeeping come, I was told there was no housekeeping and given the vacuum to do it myself!

When I got to the room and I went to take a shower I soon learned that there were no towels in the room after I went to get out of the shower and I had to dry off using the extra sheets in the closet and it took the front desk several minutes to get me towels @ which time they told me to leave the dirty towels @ the door and I had to explain through the door there were no towels in the room to begin with.

I mistakenly pressed the next day instead of that night while reserving online, on the road. The guest services representative was kind enough to immediately change it for me and made the check in process so quick and smooth. The room was clean, spacious and so comfortable!

A place to rest your head. Bed was very comfortable. Carpet in room looked very dirty but that's pretty typical of these kinds of hotels. Very old decor in the room.
Breakfast convenient for yogurt and fruits but the other food wasn't good quality.
Don't recommend for a vacation, just a night stopover.

The room was nice and large. Plenty of room for three adults and a small dog. We also liked the outdoor pool and hot tub.

The hotel was just okay. A place to sleep is about it. Definitely needs some updating, but it just didn’t seem as clean as it should have been, and that’s more bothersome. Breakfast was also mediocre. In addition, we booked our room for 5, but had no extra towel or bedding for the sleeper bed. It’s just irksome that those items are not placed in there for you, when they have the booking to indicate a 5th person. I’d like to not have to make an extra trip down when it’s 10:30 at night and I need to make my daughter a bed. Usually, Comfort Suites are good, but this was definitely a miss.

This quick overnight trip to break up a long drive was great. The room was spacious and comfortable, the breakfast was pretty good and free, clerks were kind. No complaints.

Overall, the stay was good. We stayed in room 216, the light from outside was shining right through our room, there was no black out curtains. I had to request two blankets to help remediate the problem in order for us to get some sleep.
