The bathroom was not really clean, when we came in there was "pine Thorns" on the floor of the bathroom. The bathtub was very not "welcoming" either. There was dust all over the edge of the Mirror.

I was surprised with the retainer fee, but I guess it is the new norm in hotel booking. I am still waiting for the return of that fee.
The spa facilities were good so as the Table d’Hôte meal. The fireplace ambiance was fantastic. My daughters soup was clod so as was her tea. Both had to be reheated. We did give a generous tip because the poor waiter was alone serving many tables.

Excellent stay! Renovated rooms , comfy beds, spacious and LOTS of hot water with excellent pressure . A definate recommendation to anyone !

It was so pretty! Like it’s own little village. It was older, but clean. Enjoyed it and appreciated that it was pet friendly.

The room smelled like humidity. It was clean though but, I have stayed there 10 years ago and it was in much better condition. Staff is great

Its too bad the property seems to be in a downward slide, they have so much to offer. The place needs to be deep cleaned and renovated/freshened up to be the wonderful place it used to be.

Great hotel. Everyone was friendly and helpful-and we speak virtually no French. Great place for kids. 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, huge playroom, little petting zoo. Dinner looked good, breakfast buffet was great both mornings. Room was clean and comfy.

Looks like a little resort. Quiet, plaisant, lot of flowers, cozy a nice outside pool and a playroom for families with kids. Close to dining places and Magog which is a cute city

Beautiful room, confortable ans cleen. The mattress was on the softer side for my liking. The hotel looked outdated from the outside, the halls and decor would also need an update but the room had been renovated. There was multiple spot to occupy the kids around the property, the playroom was a hit with the kids.
Overall I was satisfied for the price paid!

Very convenient location, not far from the highway. Village looked nice, and the property was okay for the purposes of our stay, which was overnight enroute to the US. Room was basic, but clean.

Clean, friendly, efficient comfortable. We really enjoyed the stay for the most part and were happy the excellent and thoughtful arrangements.
Even so, we do have some
suggestions: There should be grab bars in the baths to reassure patrons about safety and prevent accidents. The toilets should be raised, again especially for older guests - even a short person could find the present height not convenient. The rail leading into the shallow end of the indoor pool was distinctly "wobbly" and should be mended as soon as possible in the interests of safety.
We arrived at breakfast near the end of the breakfast period but still in good time. The buffet eggs, toast, vegetables etc. were too cold and jaded to be eaten and certainly did not look inviting. The charge of $22 was quite out of line for what was offered, unlike the dinner we had enjoyed the evening before.
Hope these comments help to make the hotel even more comfortable !

Our room was cozy and clean. Staff was very kind and professional. I was not keen on the games room for the kids half of the games not functioning. The indoor pool I found quite outdated but at least floor tiles all intact. The pools and hot tubs could be cleaned daily. Location is quite beautiful Orford and Magog area..

The hotel is great for young families. The kids really enjoyed their stay. The facilities need to be upgraded though. The games tables are all old. The indoor pool could be more thoroughly cleaned. The rrooms are functional but again need some more maintenance.Great location and very good for families with young kids.
