This is a very friendly and clean establishment. The morning breakfast buffet is so so yeah there’s a market of choice within walking distance and it’s located close to a pancake house.

My fiancée’s credit card was charged once after I told the person at the front desk, who incidentally looked disheveled with his wrinkled shirt hanging out, that I was going to pay cash upon check out the next day! After I paid cash upon checking out his card was charged AGAIN! I called and left a voice mail with Melissa Cunningham to call me in the morning to straighten this mess out.

Twas OK. Room was clean and spacious. TV situation was pretty old school and left a lot to be desired. My biggest gripe was my room was missing a lot of necessities. Got in the shower and soap things were empty. No ice bucket. Staff at the front desk was helpful, but kind of annoying having to go up and ask for soap and stuff.

The hotel was walkable to the University of Oregon, which was a plus. However, not sure if I would be comfortable walking at night in the area.
Overall our room was nice and clean, minus the bathroom. It has a musty smell which I think came from the shower curtain? The bathtub had a big stain. We were there for only 2 nights so we just dealt with it. The bed was comfy.

You could never go wrong with staying at a Holiday Inn. The hotel was very clean and breakfast was lovely. The pool was nice, quiet and enjoyable, And the hot tub was very relaxing. I had a great time and would highly recommend.

This Holiday Inn Express is conveniently located across from the University of Oregon thus eliminating the need for a rental car if you're primary purpose is to be at the university. It's very easy to get an Uber or Lyft around. The hotel itself is decent. Clean rooms and lobby area. The included breakfast each morning has a variety of options. One downside we experienced during our three night stay is housekeeping never came to service our room. We had to call for clean towels and for our trash to be removed. That was a bit frustrating and unexpected. If this was part of the hotels normal procedures, we weren't made aware of it upon check-in or otherwise in the room.

The kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The breakfast was diverse, lots of options, and always full. Room service was friendly and prompt. They took the time to arrange the kids stuffed animals into the bed in a very cute way. We would definitely be back.

Always have a great experience at Holiday Inn Express. Really love the breakfast, comfy, beds and good smelling Dove products. The Eugene location was very busy. Lots of hustle and bustle on a busy street next to the railroad tracks. Still managed a good night's sleep despite this and a screaming child nextdoor.

Check-in was a breeze. The suite I stayed in was super clean. Everyone was super nice and accommodating. we did use the pool while we were there and it was super clean and they were on top of restocking the towels. I truly have nothing bad to say about this hotel. If you’re heading down there, I 100% recommend this hotel

Off I5 easy to get in and out. Dutch Bros right outside the hotel. Ample amount parking and food options around. For some reason all American hotels showers have less pressure. Went through 3 states and stayed in different hotels, all had same problem. Other than that really good hotel and really good breakfast options
