Very clean and well kept. Quiet area of town. Plenty of availability on the weekends. Reasonably priced. It’s my “go to” hotel while in the Cleveland area.

Just a quick family get away staff was nice and the extra bedding we asked for was provided right away all the staff was friendly

The checkin girl was super friendly. The breakfast buffet was presented very nicely and had more options than typical. The girl in the breakfast area filled up a gallon size ziplock bag of ice for me when I asked where I could find ice for my hydro flask. Only negative was the TV remotes didn't work well or were missing but we didn't tell them so they didn't have opportunity to correct)address. It was late and we just shared one TV and one remote. Room 234.

A great hotel in a quiet location, rooms are very nice and comfortable with a full sized fridge and microwave. However, why no in room safes? Having front desk safes is reminiscent of what hotels had in the 1990s.

When we checked in we were told we would only be charged for the days were there (we were there due to the storm and subsequent power outages in the Cleveland area). We booked for 4 nights but only had to be there for 2 nights. Well I have been charged for 4 nights and when I called to let them know they overcharged me I was told I have to contact my credit card company and I have to file a dispute and the person I talked to was nasty and had no idea how that process works because when I said I have to file a dispute because you all messed up she said I did not say you need to file a dispute about 4 times and then said I said you need to contact the bank. Anyone with any sense would know that means I have to dispute the charge which takes a long time. I would never go here again because they overcharged me and they don’t even understand what you have to go through to get your money back and clearly don’t care!

Walked in our room and the floors were dirty. Bathroom toilet had pee all over the rim of the toilet. Hair on the bathroom sink and floors. Couches were filthy. Asked for room service to clean room the next day. Next day came and went and when we returned, the room was never cleaned. Also tv in room didn't work and there was no remote control.

We liked the two bedroom / two bathroom arrangement with the common areas in the middle. I liked that it was easy to find and close enough to conveniences without much traffic noise. What we didn't like was that the dishes in the cupboard were dirty, the dishwasher still had soap in the dispenser that was partially wet from a previous cycle, and there wasn't any dish soap to hand wash the dishes.

It is a pet friendly location which means that it's not allergy friendly AT ALL. In fact, if you have allergies, STAY AWAY. They do not vacuum or clean thoroughly whether it's your room or the common areas. Pet hair is EVERYWHERE. Ugh.d

We loved the property and will likely stay again. However, we were there for 9 days and our room wasn’t cleaned during our stay (yes we did request a cleaning). We were provided clean towels. This post Covid era is challenging for travelers who expect clean rooms.

We had a great experience at this location. The rooms were very nice in terms of design and spaciousness. They didn’t have the two bedroom suite we booked but we were called they day of and the person on the line was apologetic and sweet. It really wasn’t an issue for us as ultimately we had the space we needed.
The desk staff was welcoming and pleasant.
The room could have been cleaner. Bed was made but I had to use my sanitizing wipes on the night stands and the sink - it had not been done at all.

Checking in was slow and backed up. Electronic check-in with keyless room entry on a phone app would be a welcome upgrade. Key cards that can be deactivated by a cell phone or key fob should be upgraded to something more reliable. The room was very nice and clean. Staff was very friendly. Bed seemed to be old and unstable and mattress soft and broken down in spots. The breakfast was a wonderful treat! Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

We have the smallest queen size bed I’ve ever seen. The breakfast was awful we were there first thing when breakfast opened and everything was cold. We spent $240 for one night and it was definitely not worth that kind of money

Staff very nice. Hotel very clean. Only disappointment was the phone operator which was probably not from the hotel ssid the pool opened May1st and it was not opened. The description said the pool was outdoor and heated and my husband was in Ohio for a conference. I was looking forward to swimming and sunning by the pool. Sadly that didn’t happen. Breakfast plentiful and clean and they offered evening options Monday-Wednesday. Very satisfied

It was overall a nice stay. The pullout couch mattress was awful though-VERY uncomfortable and covered with icky stains. There was no light in the kitchette, so it was dark to work in-but really nice that there was a kitchen space! They had limited options as far as food for those with allergies and they were not aware of or knowledgeable about food allergies. It was nice though that breakfast was provided-everyone else was able to eat and enjoy!

The room was great, comfortable, clean and a nice size. Once in my room i couldnt hear the other guest and the hotel was pretty full. The breakfast was very kid friendly and the attendant was very accommodating to all the guest. The property offer 2 or 3 gas grills for use, an outside pool and baskball court in addition to other amenities. It was located just far enough off the highway surrounded by beautiful homes. I'd stay again.

Awesome stay, super easy check in!!, Accommodations for our kids was very nice. Even though there was enhancements and construction being done, the staff kept everyone engaged with evening social dinners and raffles for additional points for members!!! The stay was an excellent retreat!!!

We’ve stayed at this hotel previously and it was nice, but this time was an awful experience. From the construction of more than half the rooms on the floor, the smell of weed in the hallways, to the very uncomfortable beds, the mediocre breakfast, and the sink did not drain well. We actually checked out a day early (and we only had originally booked 2 nights), we didn’t want to pay the high rate they were charging. No where was this hotel worth the $200 a night fee.
I’m not sure what has happened from the past, but this hotel has gone downhill. We only stayed because it was very close to family in the area. Will probably never stay again after this last trip.

The hotel is under construction. We never heard it,so that wasn't a big deal, but our door wouldn't shut tight and we felt like anyone could break in. The bathroom wreaked of smoke smell and cannabis bad enough we all joked that maybe we would get a contact high. Breakfast was good and the last serving was extremely friendly and helpful.
