Porridge at breakfast used to be good, now poor. Coffee pretty awful. Electric socket for kettle in room didn’t work. Curtains not close properly- light leaking everywhere.

Wry dark dinning areas. A lot of families

Excellent hotel close to Emarld Park 8min drive. Food and Service excellent Swimming pool good for adults and children

We had booked a baby cot months in advance but none were available when we arrived. Staff blamed this on hotels.com and offered no help

Everything was great - food was great - staff were excellent and pool was great. No problems at all.

Positives - staff at reception and in the time restaurant were very friendly and welcoming. Negatives! - room wasn't clean, bench wasn't even wiped down Safe didn't work Broken fan in the room USB socket didn't work TV wasn't a smart tv Dirty moldy taps in bathroom No soap to wash hands Balcony very dirty and green!! Torn curtains 2 beds with no headboards Duvet blankets very yellow Room was very hot, even with heating turned off Breakfast wasn't included Hotel pool very dirty and moldy!! And no separate changing room lockers, it was just one big room. Shouldn't be like that this day and age. Also couldn't lock the lockers for belongings. Had to buy a lock to lock it which cost 10 euro. Will not be back to this hotel

Nice property and staff . However, there was no air conditioning -and it wasn’t indicated in the original booking- the staff said they haven’t had it in quite a few months so it was a condition that should’ve been disclosed. The hotel staff did bring up a spacer air conditioner and fans, for both rooms , but it really didn’t do the job. I might’ve booked elsewhere if I knew there wasn’t any air, we all perspired during the night. Again, the staff was really lovely and did the best they could.

It had been a roasting day and we found the room like an oven, as the curtains on the huge glass windows hadn’t been drawn. It was into the night before it cooled, having opened the small window.

Staff were brilliant and extremely helpful, hotel was nice and clean and the swimming pool was lovely.

Near Emerald Park. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The only downside waa there was no water in the rooms and vending machine took my money. When I reported this to the hotel I was told I need to call the number on the vending machine because the hotel doesn't own the machines.

Brilliant hotel and handy to Ashbourne and blanchardstown The only fault I found was the swimming pool was quite dirty around the walls and the ladies changing rooms were filthy floors

Clean hotel and room was very nice and spacious. Staff were pleasant although not overly helpful in hotel. The leisure centre staff were quite nice and helpful. We were on the 5th floor but unfortunately there was a TY ball on for our first night and the whole room was vibrating from the music. Not the easiest to get the children to sleep with that 🙈

I was disappointed by the standard of the hotel given the price we paid for our stay. We found the staff very friendly and the service was good but I was very shocked when the restaurant staff member told me not to worry about leaving a tip as this doesn't get passed on to the staff at the hotel. I find it disgraceful that the Management of the hotel would be able to get away with this.

The hotel was perfect. View was good and breakfast was delicious

Room was cold and AC controls not accessible. Booking the pool was overly complicated and did not work anyway

The room had very thin quilts and I was freezing had to take the quilt off another bed to keep me warm.. and I am from Scotland!! No hot water, shower and bath were so cold it was a very fast experience. Food was lovely and staff very friendly.

staff were excellent & very attentive even though the hotel was very busy. Food in the bar was excellent. Leisure facilities were great.

Terrible service the rooms smell like stale cigarettes. The pool is less than half the size of the photos the bar staff were rude and not trained to do their jobs. We had to sit in the bar as the restaurant was full even though most of the tables in the restaurant were empty. Weve never stayed in a hotel so badly run and false. Also you a code to leave the property if your driving and no member of staff tell you this as you check out. Way over priced room rate and the food is expensive for what you actually get

The hotel was relatively new and modern. The staff was very helpful. We had a problem with no heat in the room and after determining that it couldn’t be fixed, moved us to another room.

Amazing

We spent a little extra to stay here as it was the end of a road trip and we wanted to utilize the amenities- pool, spa, etc. Upon arrival, we were very disappointed to find out that nothing was available to us. I feel that a portion of that cost should have been deducted. When leaving, we had a rental car issue. Noel, at the front desk, was very helpful and kind. He is a great representative for your hotel!

My biggest issue is that I had booked 2 double rooms but when I checked in they only had us down (4 people, 2 men and 2 women) for one family room. When I explained to the receptionist that my booking was in fact for 4 rooms, she was unhelpful. It was only when I came down again with evidence of my bookings that she called the manager who somehow managed to find another room. The other issue we had is rowdy antisocial fellow guests (Sat pm & early hours of Sun morning) who woke us up. Apart from that, staff were efficient, polite and helpful, especially in the bar/restuarant.

The property is nice and clean. Very helpful staff.
