The smelled of mold and mildew upon walking in each time you entered thr room. My family was complaining due too their young agr. Other than that everything else was great.

The staff was friendly but the property does not match the price. The scent on the halls and rooms were terrible. It was extremely warm throughout the hotel. The bathrooms and suites could use several upgrades for the price. Would only recommend for the convenience of the location

The booking was very easy. Customer service was great, very friendly receptionist. The room was clean, the views of the parking lot and main street was excellent (especially to see my vehicle). The air conditioner was excellent in the room..Our room was very nice, no complaints!

Ive stayed at this hotel every year since 2019 and it has deteriorated badly. The upkeep has not been good. My shower curtain was very old, raggedy and see through, the bed was squeaky, matress not firm or comfortable, pillows were flat and capert needs shampooing badly. Its not a bad hotel but it has definitely went down and not worth the price. I will be booking somewhere else, next time im in the area. The hotel is in a great location and front desk is friendly. Also housekeeping could do alot better with cleaning.. sink and tub was clgging up. Just nasty...the room was dusty and fridge wasn't clean.

The property is fine although i wasnt able to stay there, my experience with expedia has been nothing short of horrible. Customer service both in person and virtual chat was a complete joke. From now on I will be booking my stay with comfort inn foley through comfort in or any competitor of expedia.

Great location; convenient to shopping, restaurants, etc. but very quiet. Bed and pillows were very comfortable! Everything was spotless clean. This is my favorite hotel in Foley when we come to visit family. My only suggestion for improvement would be to add a little variety to the breakfast menu…cinnamon rolls, perhaps.

I didn't like the fact that my coffee maker wasn't clean...very nasty with steal water and white stuff floating in the water.⁰

The young lady at the desk was so nice as well as patient with explaining everything to me. The hotel is quaint and convenient. The only thing I had an issue with was the smell of the vents when the air is on in the room, it smells like mold but if the air is off the smell disappears.

I didn't like that they froze $ 176.00 in my account after i paid at check in. What was the purpose for that. They didn't tell you about it, they just did it. My money was not returned to me for 2 days.

We were traveling from Arizona to Foley for personal business and stayed 3 nights at your property. I fell short of an excellent rating because: bathroom GFCI and living room desk USB/power station need replacing, not functional. Sofa has small stains but nothing major.
Positive was our room was exceptionally clean! One of the cleanest rooms we’ve stayed in! Thank you to the staff for a great stay!

Jackie, Rebecca, Kirk, and all the staff were excellent. The only issue is that we were evacuated because of Hurricane IDA and our funds were limited. It would have been great if the room rates were not not inflated from before hurricane dates. Also i wish I could have applied my AARP benefits to reduce my bill.

The hotel staff was very nice and accommodating! Our stay was a bit different as it was an emergency booking. And we only needed a place to wait with lots of luggage. (3 people) So we only stayed about 3 1/2hrs by the time we were allowed to check in. The room was nice, everything was very clean! The only thing I can say is the room itself smelled kinda damp, like mildew. Which also made the couch smell bad. If we’d been staying, we’d have purchased something to spray, like Lysol. Other than that, we would stay again under different circumstances!

After moving from one hotel to another due to the cleanliness and the other hotel bad condition.Comfort Suites was great from the time we walked in the door the greeting we received from the front desk staff was wonderful. This hotel was clean and very comfortable and was in the vicinity of everything. When we come back here to visit again we will stay here again.

We got there and went into our room and had a strong odor of amonia it was just not good. It was definitely not clean. They do have good customer service staff. Pamela was great she moved us into another room which was alot better but this place is definitely outdated

This hotel was in a good location close to restaurants, shopping, and the beach. The breakfast was plentiful and good. Our rooms smelled great and fresh, but we did have issues with the air conditioner. Our room was so hot. We only got relief at night, but other than that we enjoyed our stay.

My Son couldn’t play his PS4 the internet wasn’t set up for games he was very disappointed for his birthday which was that day.. THEY POOL WAS GREAT AND WE ENJOYED THE BREAKFAST I HAD A NICE STAY

Trash outside people dropped. Clean hotel but worn a bit. We didn't like the set up of the bed right nest to the air conditioner which blew on us all night. Shower head didn't work right. The breakfast wasn't good
