Rooms were recently remodeled and was very nice

The complimentary breakfast was delicious, they even had a couple of waffle makers to make your own waffles. Room was very clean. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly, pleasant, and helpful.

Great location, quiet area. The rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. It was a little confusing to get into the parking lot towards the hotel. One of the elevators is super loud and seems like it’s going to break down. I’m surprised housekeeping still checks daily.

Staff were friendly. But the room needs a complete renovation. The door squeaks so loud everyone u open that can wake up the entire floor. Ac Is so outdated and noisy that could not sleep turned on.

The only thing we didn't like was there wasn't a nice grassy area to take our dogs to the bathroom. There was only areas with rocks. Las Vegas gets very hot and so do the rocks. It was very uncomfortable for them and hard for them to go there.

Nice and cozy hotel..I got a nice view and it was almost a feeling like I was the only one there overnight. Very nice front desk staff and easy checkout. Id recommend this hotel to anyone who needs a clean and nice place to stay

Our air condition went out. Summer time in Las Vegas at over 100 degrees Fahrenheit is not a good sleeping condition so we stayed in this hotel to get a goodnight sleep, and we did. The place is very clean and spacious. Will definitely recommend to anyone staying in the area.

Convenient to where we needed to go. I would’ve gave 5 stars but plumbing made a horrible noise you could hear in your room & hallway on 3rd floor if you were filling the bathtub. Loud vibrating sound. I could hear it in other rooms as I walked down the hall.

The stay would have been above average, but 2 things happened that stood out to me:
-Getting a couple of complementary bottles of water for the room seemed to be an issue, and
-I was reminded more than twice about booking the room through a third party--which influenced the treatment I got, apparently, and not necessarily in a positive way.

I’ve loved Hampton Inn hotels for 26 years and stay in them whenever possible. They never disappoint. This property is very convenient to visit my son and reminisce in my old neighborhood.
Only a minor complaint: the fitted sheet was too tight for the king mattress. It rode up at the head of bed and I couldn’t fix it without trying to readjust whole sheet and every corner.

This property could be nice if it was managed properly. It has a nice breakfast buffet, the rooms ar of a nice size and in a nice area, but that’s all that it has to offer. Our rooms had mold growing in the shower, the floors were sticky in front of the bathroom sink, and the sink was clogged with hair. Some of the staff were awful! We arrived at the hotel at midnight after traveling for over 13 hours. The front desk agent was snippy from the beginning. I handed her my credit card and I asked before she ran it if it was ok to use that particular card. She assured me that it was and charged my card the over 800 in fees. A few minutes after she ran my card she informed me that she had made a mistake and that she couldn’t use that card and would have to return the money to my card or cancel the reservation. I explained that it would take 3 days for the money to show back up in my card and that would be leaving me stranded, she actually looked at me shrugged her shoulders and said “oh well, nothing I can do.” I was furious and said that we would just sleep in their lobby. She proceeded to call Expedia while I tried to get Expedia online, and her coworker called the police! Fortunately we finally got someone on the phone at Expedia that told her to honor the card since she had already run it. It was an hour of back and forth, and the entire time their attitude was not my problem, don’t care if you are out in the cold. The last time I ever stay at a Hampton Inn.

We stayed 3 nights. Room was never cleaned or refreshed. We had to ask for clean towels. Room was quiet even next to the elevator. Bed was comfortable. Air conditioner was very noisy. Refrigerator froze things - had to throw away expensive fruits. Breakfast was good. Parking was convenient as was side door.

The Summerlin Hampton Inn was very clean, the staff was friendly & helpful & the breakfast was great! They had more choices available than most - delicious scrambled eggs, not overcooked, country potatoes, bacon, toast, bagels or English muffins, fruit, make your own waffles, oatmeal, OJ, good coffee, & more. We would also recommend the nearby Blueberry Hill restaurant, good home style cooked food, generous portions & reasonable prices.

I have severe allergies due to smoke and pets. I smelled weed everywhere even though there are signs stating to smoke in designated areas outside. There is no way to tell if the room the staff reserves for you is pet free even though you have informed them of my issue.

The Hampton Inn & Suites Las Vegas Summerlin was a good option for what we needed. We needed to be close to Summerlin and wanted something affordable. Our room was clean and everything was in working order. The beds were comfortable enough. The morning breakfast was good -- typical for a Hampton Inn and plenty of breakfast for us.
My only two complaints are: 1) The carpet in the hallways was dirty and in need of cleaning. 2) The walls are pretty thin. We could hear everything in the room next door and down the hallway. For the second night I bought ear plugs at the Target nearby and I was able to get much better sleep than the first night.
