Super clean, very nice room with gorgeous view, extremely kind and friendly service, fantastic location right next to a beach and several nice restaurants. Great coffee in the common area, a wonderful ambiance and comfortable experience, I would highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel is dated. The airconditioner in my room did not work. The service people came quickly but the problem was not repaired. I understand these things happen. I was only there 2 nights. I would go back and stay again.

Stayed many times previously no welcome back/drink or upgrade, fair enough. Booked several months previously and apparently after I had booked they had changed the room card deposit/hot from €100 per room to €300 per room! This is for a €120 night hotel. Last time I stayed my room deposit sat in pending for a month untk it finally dropped back into my account. No way was I giving them €600 (two rooms) to hold until they decide to return it! I am a gold member and stay in many hotels all over the world and the biggest deposit I have ever been asked to pay is £150, so why they are asking everyone for €300 is beyond me. The hotel was having major renovation and all day banging drilling and painting, the lift out of action. Because I refused to give the deposit as I wasn’t previously informed they then demanded I left my passport with them. They treat customers like criminals and apart from the majority of the staff being amazing especially the breakfast staff and gizzelle in housekeeping a brilliant location I will not be staying again.

Loved the location, staff, comfort of room, nice quality linens and bedding.
My room, 418 needs renovations. I understand there are other rooms that are in much better condition. If I were to come back, I'd ask for a renovated room.
Special kudos: the breakfast staff, especially the manager are outstanding.
Loic at the front desk is wonderful:)

I enjoyed my stay here. I asked for a quiet room and got one. I didn't hear much from the street. The room was spacious and comfortable. Everything you need is a close walk.

Quite simply the noisiest hotel ever stayed in...and also the reception staff where not particularly friendly and accomodating
Pre-arrival I contacted the hotel and asked for a quite room - no response.
On checkin I aaked again amd the response wa 'the room alloated is normally ok'.
Actually the room was above an ice cream / cafe and alao above the hotel restaurant/breakfast room so double whamy - dragging chairs and moving furniture until 12.30am only for it to start again at 07.00 in the morning with dragging furniture, tipping cuttlery into trays...
So... do not stay here if you want to relax and enjoy a good nights sleep - it simply won't happen.
Staff generally treat you like you are trying to rob the place - from panicking that trying to get away without paying for breakfast (becasue they cannot find you in the breakfast room) and standing over you whilst another fetches the bill..
As for Pool Towels....No possibility for 2 days to change wet pool towels - told no twice on consequtive days.
First day was a flat blank no despite having the towels 2 days and they being wet.
Second day, the first comment was no because you are checking out today even though we had been told it was ok to use the pool as our flight was not until 20h. The response was no you can keep the wet used towels.. Then another receptionsit told us there were no towels..
Actually they have issues to wash them and people steal them - implying i wanted to steal them...
4*? 4*shocking attitude

The hotel is located near the beach and also in the area of shops and restaurants. The hotel area is very green with many plants and trees. I would live to come back again

Great hotel in a great location close to multiple beaches . Has a nice pool. Many stores and restaurants next to it. Very friendly staff. A little outdated but other than that it is perfect .

Staff was very efficient, friendly, and spoke beautiful English, a rarity in Martinique.
The breakfast was not very good and overpriced.

The hotel is nice it is not 4 stars with European standards. The room was spacious with a balcony overlooking the garden but It needs a deep cleaning. There was dust and an old water bottle under the bed when we arrived, dirty side tables next to the bed, dead smashed mosquitoes on the walls, the bathroom had cracked tiles in the shower and cracked paint in the ceiling.
Toilet flush leaked and the door locking mechanism didn’t work.
On the last night we visited the restaurant and as a starter I had the 19 euro seafood salad, nowhere in the menu did it say it would be spicy but it was incredibly spicy to the level that it was obvious a mistake had been made by the chef. We told our waiter who had no reaction, we told another waiter that someone who’s not used to spicy food would probably in the hospital now, he came back and said “no one in the kitchen wanted to take the blame” and he laughed….I found it so incredibly unprofessional.
We paid the bill we told a third person what happened and again NO REACTION!
it was like a bad sketch, at least admit a mistake has been made and say you’re sorry!
After this I had stomach cramps for two days and I am used to spicy food! Avoid the restaurant at all costs!
We had the breakfast and the buffet itself is nice there are birds flying around eating your food if you leave the table for 10 seconds. There’s also a cat walking around the tables. You can order eggs from the kitchen but we waited 30 minutes for them.

Great breakfast and breakfast staff, a little let down by receptionist not very friendly, no recognition as fourth stay at this hotel, and nothing for being a good member. No upgrade no early check in made us wait til bang on 3pm wanted €50 euro to check out one hour later. A shame because great location and hotel.

Fabulous breakfast and staff serving at all bars. The reception staff let this place down. Very standoffish. No recognition for being a returning guest, no recognition for being a gold member. Nothing, I couldn’t get the WiFi password to work and receptionist told me I need to learn and go back to my room and keep trying! It didn’t work and she had to swop the code. No early check in they wanted €50 for late check out and no upgrade. The location of the hotel is great with bars cafes shops and restaurants on the doorstep.

Nice and clean hotel. The rooms are not luxurious but comfortable. Take a room garden side.
The breakfast is outstanding and opens at 6 .
The restaurant is medium. Medium food medium service.
All together good place, I will go back

Very good experience. Pleasant and relaxing garden. The room was clean and nicely decorated. I would recommend a microwave in the kitchenette and more amenities, animations in the hotel.

The Hotel building was nice & the rooms had space. The lobby & restaurant were pleasant. The rooms might be 3.5 stars
We had the most difficulty getting good information from the staff! Before we arrived I asked for help understanding the COVID requirements for the country and they sent me a correct chart in French but told me the wrong information about it. I had to keep going back & forth with emails until they finally confirmed what I thought the chart said.
In advance, I asked to switch the 1 big bedroom to 2 twin beds & they agreed to. When we arrived I asked & they said yes. When we got to the room it was still 1 big bed. We didn't have time to waste that late due to the curfew. We asked that when they got the right room together to transfer our bags.
After dinner we went to the new room and things were missing. We called asking and they said they'd look. Later we found our items behind the front desk.
We wanted to enjoy the beach the last day but they said that we needed to get to ferry to St Lucia 3 hours early and that the local ferry wasn't dependable & we needed to allot more time for that. We got to the Ils des express ferry & they weren't even open yet! Also the local ferries were always on time, we needn't have taken the earlier one. So we wasted time at an empty ferry station when we could have enjoyed the beach. and the ferry lines took so long, the ferry didn't leave until after 8. That man had us on the 4:20 local ferry.

Very nice hotel, excellent breakfast, nice surroundings, no beach , big pool, friendly staff

Right in the center, and pretty quiet inside, whereas the street can be noisy (I would be cautious on rooms with street view if I’m a bit concerned by noise).
Swimming pool area is stunning and bar pool is cool.
Good at restaurant and swimming pool (lunch) was great but service was very slow.
Room was big, comfy and well furnished.

Very nice hotel, delicious kitchen, very kind and helpful personnel!

Close to the ferry and small commercial area. Self contained. Nice reception area.
Only one minor observation we had some mould in our shower area which probably could do with a power wash and a re-paint.

Hotel La Pagerie was such an amazing stay. The room has a small kitchen area with fridge which was handy to do a bit of shopping and make your own breakfast if you don’t want to pay the expensive price of 20€ per person for breakfast. The hotel is clean and beautifully equipped with everything you could possibly need. No need to bring towels, toiletries, hair dryers etc, all provided. The staff speak very good English and go out of their way to help. The swim up bar is so nice for sitting sipping cocktails in the sun. The bed was the comfiest I have ever slept on and the bed is so huge I could stretch my arms out and still not touch either sides of the bed! Village Creole right next to the hotel has some lovely restaurants where we ate each night and the beautiful marina is a stones throw away. You need a car if you want to explore the island but the beaches are just a few minutes walk and there are some lovely restaurants right on the sand. Overall an amazing stay, thank you b

Very good. See you again soon. Nice pool. Good location.

The hotel is in a nice location, pretty stores and nice restaurants. The room is spacious and clean. You can hear through the walls (baby crying, slamming doors) but nothing that kept us up at night. Huge bed and a cute balcony. It’s expensive and I wouldn’t say worth the price, breakfast is basic but all in all, nice experience.
