We came in from a business event and had to stay unexpectedly. We came in and there was pouring rain. We were welcomed with towels and the key cards were waiting for us. Very friendly

Rooms seem clean but smell like mold/mildew. They probably washed the carpets but didn't open the windows to let them dry. For $200 a night , I feel like I should have received a better room/service

Stayed 2 nights visiting family. Our room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. The amenities were below average with thin, rough towels and very poor shampoo dispenser in shower. Breakfast was average with good coffee.

Old! The one word to describe it would be “old”. The hotel definitely shows its age. Things were not dirty but just wear and tear.

Sam and staff were very friendly, hotel is very clean and Sam makes sure you feel comfortable with a big smile and even my 14 year old daughter more than once commented how she likes Sam and the Hotel!

Didn't expect much but our room was clean and nicely set up. Facility seems somewhat outdated outside and in the hallway but the room itself seemed very well maintained, clean and beds were comfortable. I would come back in one month to pick up my son in August.

The room stunk so bad, and the refrigerator wasn’t working properly. The carpet was damp, and so were the linens. It smelled so musty,my throat was sore every morning, and the shower dispensers were falling off the wall.

The included Breakfast was great. Nice variety plus hot items. Eggs, bacon, sausage, corned beef hash, potatoes, bagels, muffins, cereal, fruit, coffee, fruit juices...very complete. Special thanks to Ally who maintained the breakfast. She was always filling or topping hot items off as consumed right up to cut off time 9:30 am. She did this all as well as monitor and attend to the front desk. Don't lose her Best Western..great asset to the hotel !!

Construction round the hotel created additional stress whn arriving in the area being detoured (not well identified) had to get out of car and speak to police officer to confirm directions instead of route being clearly identified. Would have been helpful to havd received an update from hotel about the construction mess prior to arriving and driving in circles. Other hotel guests experienced the samr issues.

We just spent one night, we went to the stock car race a short distance away. Everything was great. There wasn’t really enough space for everyone to sit down and enjoy the breakfast, but otherwise it was a wonderful stay.

Great location just outside of Providence. We were visiting our son 22 minutes from RWU. Hotel was clean and staff were friendly. Less expensive than staying in Providence without the $25 parking fee
