I don't usually give out 5 stars, but I felt that for this price range, this was an excellent hotel stay for us. We had a room with 2 queen beds, and it was more spacious than most rooms we've had on our budget. Everything was clean, and the hot breakfast was tasty with lots of choices. This was the first time I'd seen a pancake maker instead of a waffle maker. The biscuits and gravy with sausages and scrambled eggs were all good, as were the yummy cinnamon rolls. There were multiple other options, such as cold cereal, bagels, and instant oatmeal with various toppings available.
We weren't able to arrive until 1am, but we were greeted at the desk and promptly and courteously served. Parking was easily available. The listing on Hotels.com said there was a charge for parking and that a free breakfast was served on weekday mornings, but there was no charge for parking, and hot breakfast is also served on weekends. We felt safe at this location, and there were no noise problems. You can hear the traffic from the nearby interstate, but it is not loud and did not disturb our sleep.
We had to allow an extra $100 charge on our credit card as a deposit for possible expenses but do not anticipate any problem with getting that refunded after our 2 night stay.

The room was a good size and clean.
On Sunday the breakfast was supposed to start at 7:00. The basics were out ( cereal, fruit, juice) but the hot food didn’t start until 7:30 which threw us off our schedule.
Again the pancake maker was on the Fritz.
Bring the waffle maker back!

Front desk woman, Indian woman who was very rude, disrespectful and was full of all of the wrong answers.
Wont elaborate more, as everyone else was great. She though was and is a good enough reason for me to find another place.
Oh, they also charge the MOST fpr a deposit...$100. Ridiculous.

This hotel was the best experience we have ever had. So nice to have a suite and the place was so clean!! Breakfast was wonderful. The whole staff was so helpful and resourceful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. You will love the place.

Newer property. Our room was clean and comfortable. That said, management needs to get it together. First issue, the morning of our reservation, they called to change my room. Not a huge deal, actually upgraded to a suite at standard rate, but makes me wonder why. Second issue, on arrival there were at least 5 parties waiting to check in. Not sure what the issue was. The desk clerk was very apologetic and was doing her very best to resolve, but she could have used some help. Third issue, kitchen staff seemed to have a hard time keeping the breakfast area stocked. On top of that, no juice (the dispenser was out of order) for 2 of 3 days we stayed. So you could either drink milk or coffee. The first morning that it was out of order I attempted to buy a bottle of water, they were out. Fourth issue, the last morning of our stay, fire alarm (kitchen?) at 5:48 A.M. No explanation, communication, or apology from anyone. Overall a nice property, but there are too many other options in the area for me to consider it when I'm in the area again.

Room was not as clean as I expected and towels were very scratchy and worn. Elevator was out of service much of my stay and being on fourth floor with a recent hip surgery was inconvenient. Desk staff was very slow and only 1 of 3 calls to the desk was answered.

The first room, the refrigerator didn’t work so they moved it to another room. The day before we left, the elevator was out when we tried to leave the next day and check out. They told us that they didn’t turn the elevator on till 6 AM 6:05 AM we called and they said oh the elevators broken down for maintenance why didn’t they just say that to begin with so we can go ahead And take the stairs at 5:30 in the morning like when we wanted to leave

Customer service, breakfast, fitness center were all excellent. Overall cleanliness of public areas were also good. However, bed sheets had noticeable stains and a particular spot with a crusty substance.

We arrived at check in and the room they were going to give us was still dirty. They had to clean it and made us wait 45 minutes. They didn’t do anything for the inconvenience and didn’t care. They stated it happens often during the summer. I have never had this happened at any other hotel before. Worst experience ever!

Property was nice except for the fact they wanted my autistic 4 year old to be quiet when he wasn’t being that loud.Our room was supposed to be “ sound proof” but clearly they weren’t. Next time I’ll be sure to inform them of that first!

This property is either new or freshly updated, so it is very nice. The staff was a wonderful and efficient. The only drawback is you’re close to the interstate with a lot of noise, but it’s in a very convenient location to reach many things!

We had a "suite", and the layout of it was kind of funky: couldn't open the bedroom door all the way without banging against the wall of the closet, and had to do a dance with it if you then needed in the closet. Had to ask at front desk for the pullout couch sheets and blankets rather than just being supplied. Needs another elevator. Otherwise, the staff were nice and responsive, and it was a good stay.

Excellent!!!! The photos accurately reflected the actual property. The property was clean inside and out. The room was clean, comfortable, and roomy. I was traveling alone and felt safe. The front desk staff was cognizant of that and pointed out my room number rather than speaking it out loud. I will definitely book this property again.

In the evening there was a long line of people to get checked in. They were understaffed with only one person. She was very nice and expressed how she had told people about the understaffing issue in the evenings. She was also inclusive to a trans person we saw. So go her

Loved the area, really close to shopping, restaurants, freeway. Room was great large & quiet. Other than the first morning (June 30th) the breakfast was great! That first morning I was really concerned, they just threw a couple pounds of what appeared to be raw bacon in the buffet warmer and apparently expected it to cook? Not really sure what was going on? Would like to see bananas offered for the cereal and just to eat with breakfast but they did offer apples and tangerines.
