I need some kind of refund. There were lady bugs in the room especially at night. I found it very difficult to stay in the room. I told the hotel staff about it and they promised to do something about it but they did not. I stayed for 3 nights, there were ladybugs on my bed as well. Very uncomfortable stay

Door keys did not work half the time, Did not have privacy window curtains waking up to the early sunlight every morning, mold stains on bathroom ceiling, skip cleaning days due to lack of help according to room service personnel, hallways carpet dirty stained and smelly.

Stayed 2 nights no room service, no batteries in remotes, carpet was filthy we are glad we brought plastic shoes , shower had mold in seams. Definitely have stayed in a super 8 that was a lot nicer. No we will never stay here when visiting family In Aurora again.

Took 3 times to get keycards to work. Had to go to front desk to connect to internet. Carpet was dirty and room was tired looking.

The staff is great. The elevators smelled like garbage for some reason. This location is a bit outdated and the website said it has a bar, but no liquor license so the websites should be updated. It wasnt terrible...it was a place to lay our heads.

They rented out the room above us to a whole bunch of teenagers and they ended up terrorizing us all night and at 6am they set their room on fire and we had to evacuate. We came back to all of our belongings soaked in water that smelled like chemicals and ashes. The hotel only refunded us for that night. This was the most traumatic experience of my life and they ruined over $800 worth of my cloths. They are now refusing to provide their insurance company’s contact information and will not refund any other nights

It was horrible. I found a bed bug in my room 325. And I saw a roach in the hallway. It was my first and last every staying there. I had 2 night but checked out early and checked in to the Hampton inn. That was a great place.

An intriguing stay, with rust stains in the shower that looked like smeared fecal matter. To lowest possible water pressure I have ever experienced. The room also had a slight mildew smell.
If this hotel wasn’t relatively cheap and centrally localized for our adventures across the country side. We have found other accommodations. I wouldn’t recommend this property nor will I ever staying there again.

Wasn’t great, wasn’t bad.. the amenities listed on the site were not accurate , the bar was not up and running , the tv was tiny and the rooms didn’t have blinds to block the sunlight out. Other than that , it was quiet , and a regular room. A little pricey for what was offered but inflation happens.

Location was convenient. Manager was very helpful and courteous. My husband was bit by a bed bug while sleeping. We have contacted the property. Carpets need cleaning.

Staff were very kind and attentive. Building is old, outdated and the carpets were stained throughout. The bathroom was rusty, even the bottom of the tub had rust. The key cards never worked. We had to go multiple times to have them redone. The pool is small, but my child enjoyed it. The gym was nice and clean.

Property and room was clean. Really everything was good except when we checked in the staff told us breakfast was available in the morning, didn’t say anything about needing to pay for it. So we got our food and started eating just to have the staff ask for our meal ticket. When we didn’t have one we were informed that breakfast was not included. It cost us more to eat there than at iHop. The food was definitely not worth $40.
