Late check in. Had to walk 3 blocks to find the other hotel so I could check in. Didnt say the hotel was being renovated….

Property is undergoing renovations however room was as expected nothing that stood out. We were surprised each time at our interaction with the “hospitality” desk as the individual was never quite hospitable which took as by surprise each time. Definitely checked the box and did nothing to make us feel welcome or provide anything other have a key and parking pass

First off, I was not aware of any construction being done at the property until I made payment and then received an email about it. Second thing is I showed up to the property and they had nobody at the property to help. We saw what looked to be an employee going behind the counter in the phone, when we asked how we get a room key, she seemed put out that we asked for some help and said " you need to go to a different hotel to get a room key" We had to drive down the road to check in. We checked in and had to drive back down to the hotel only to have the key wouldn't work " had to call and get someone to come get us in the room. Hour later we finally got into our room. Lobby was hot, parking was a joke with all the construction material in the parking garage. Desk guy was really helpful and apologized for the mix up. Room was updated. Overpriced for all the construction going on l. Just be upfront when there is construction going on.

Property is under construction. Because we booked same day we did not get the email from Expedia until after we checked in. Tv didn’t work and we had no hot water. Staff moved us to another room but it was a major hassle. Not much in the village is open this time of year and staff is limited. Staff was very nice just not available. We had to go to other hotel to check in and get help. Floor in our 2nd room was really dirty.

Nice place, even if it was during a construction/remodeling period. Front desk gentleman was super nice, informative and very attractive... Nice pool area, right in the middle of it all but location gives it a tucked away feel.

Our doors weren’t even locked between us and the occupant next door! Their bedroom was also accessible to our balcony??? Insane.

The front desk was closed the entire time. They give you a number to call but it doesn't work for most of the day. When we finally got ahold of anyone they were very nice. I laughed when we asked for towels for the pool, the staff told us to ask the front desk.... they didn't even know it was closed. Also we only had hot water one night.

We were originally booked here but got moved to Sundial as there was no hot water when we checked in. Sundial was very nice.

HVAC not working. Room was 85 degrees. We had to deal with maintenance in our room for over an hour while we were trying to get ready installing a temporary portable A/C that still didn't keep room cool. Hotel was dusty and under construction. Shouldn't be open during this process! Wasted a lot of time trying to deal with the issues.

Under construction, so be aware of that. Mess everywhere and its hard to get anywhere how the building is designed. Also, staff at hotel do not have any ability to do anything other than check you in and are constantly away from the desk. Units owned by individuals, so no housekeeping by staff or any support or service. If you have ANY issue, its going to become a big issue as they cant and wont do anything about it. Only about turning money.

Great place to stay

Property is organized into two connected buildings, and you need to go up 1 floor then cross over into the other building and go up again. Refrigerator didn't work in the room. No in-room safe. Lighting needed repair. Temperature control in room inconsistent. Location good, convenient shuttle to ski slopes. No housekeeping, even to collect trash, during our 4 night stay. Perfume-like odor in hallway outside the room night and day. Only one working ice machine in the entire building.

Old and dumpy - service was horrible. Elevator was down for hours - Mattress was lumpy and caving in. Great location - just past it time. I wouldn’t stay there again.

Excellent hotel. Beautiful rooms and very convenient for walking or taking shuttles to nearby activities - skiing, dining, shopping, etc. Even with the current construction, we found it to be very quiet.

All the floors and ceilings in the hallways are being renovated. The Hotel.com website did not inform us of this. We found out AFTER we purchased the room. The construction supplies are being stored in the parking garage so expect parking problems as the ski season begins. The outdoor pool and hot tub were closed. Bright aspects of our stay? It was very quiet because no one else was staying in our corner of the building. Maintenance was quick to respond to light our fireplace.

We have stayed here over a dozen times. Love it every time

The room was sufficient, but a few in-room amenities were lacking, and the limited service staff / hours was unexpected. There was nothing wrong with the room and service, it's just that it was a little below expectations.

Check in was great (Nathan) Had to ask for items to be fixed over and over (TV, blinds) AC was not working, they fixed the issue with portable fans that blew warm air. Room 121A was dirty (items left in fridge, under bed.
