Love this place and everything about it

Nice place.

Very nice and clean hotel in great drivable distance to downtown.

We've stayed at the property previously and had good service. We will stay again if needed in this area.

The breakfast was great, staff very friendly. Great price over all. The only downside was the pool needed skimming and our mini fridge wasn’t cold. Other than that it was wonderful.!

Very nice and clean hotel. Front desk employee were very accommodating and even let us stay for another half an hour for check out as a complimentary when I ask for it.

The woodsy setting is relaxing as well as the brick arches of the architecture. The sundry charges needed to be explained to me but the staff assured me that my refund will be forthcoming.

Good manager and receptionist - easy to work with. Veronica was awesome!

I didnt like that they have a new system that keeps going out and glitching. When i checked in thwy had me swipe multiple cards because the system kept saying it was declined. The front desk person called a manager and they tried for 16 minutes to figure it out and couldnt.. they then charged me 75 for incidentals and let me check in. In the morning I had 2 pending charges of 566.67, a pending charge of 75 and a pending charge of 416.67. When I went to the front desk I was informed by the manager on duty that they were aware of the issue and that it happened to 3 other people yesterday and there was nothing they could do with the pending charges because the system did give her codes and i needed to wait 3-5 business days. My issue is if you knew this was a problem and happen to multiple people why did you keep having me swipe my card like the issue was on my end.. so i end up with 1600 in pending charges and i have to hope they fall off and dont clear since she had the same authorization code. This is very frustrating and should have been handled differently. Also, they created two profiles for me sonce i booked thru Expedia and thrn that causes issues with our room keys not working the whole trip and we had to keep going back to the front desk

Near cute downtown Belmont and a Walmart. GREAT breakfast for a hotel (we liked the biscuits a d gravy and western omelets).

Property needs a refresh

I had a great stay, the only thing was I wish they had fresh fruit salad for breakfast. But it was great anyway.

Overall this hotel is very nice. The free breakfast was great. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly. My car was broken into while parked at the hotel. It certainly wasn't the hotels fault that this happened as there were 8 cars in total broken into during Friday night into Saturday morning. It would have been nice to have been offered some kind of discount for the stay or something. Again, not the hotels fault and this appears to have been an isolated incident but a definite turn off, all-be-it unfair to the hotel, but I likely won't stay here again.

Incredibly overpriced, especially considering the deposit for, “incidentals!" At least the deposit hits your account within minutes now, instead of a week later like it used to! But, still, it’s not a pleasant surprise when you think you have already paid for a room, just to have to pay the same amount AGAIN when you check-in! So, if your traveling keep at least $250 extra to cover this added expense!!

Clean and overall nice place.

Quick one night trip with the family. Easy and friendly checkin, room was clean, beds comfortable and nice fluffy pillows. Breakfast had a decent variety, attendant acted as if she wasn't concerned about keeping food stocked for the guests, but otherwise a great stay. Would definitely return.

Clean room with everything you need.

I appreciate that Hampton Inns are pet friendly. However, our room was not vacuumed well and I had to pick up a lot of things on the floor that I did not want our puppy to ingest. These things included candy, popcorn, strings, paper, and dust bunnies.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice and clean. The hot breakfast was the best I have had in a long time. I absolutely love the outdoor fire pit area.

Staff was not very cordial. Digital check-in did not work, as the room that was selected was not available. That is why the one rating was only a three star and everything else was a five star.

Everything was awesome. The staff was friendly and professional. The area was great. The room was clean. The breakfast was very good. Will definitely stay there again.
