Didn’t even stay. Room smelt like smoke. Tv didn’t work. Blinds was messed up! But the receptionist was so nice and amazing customer service

The front desk was amazing with trying to get me checked inn and settled as best as they could after waiting 4.5 hours in order to check inn because of hotel.com no breakfast as promoted no coffee maker.

There was no wastebasket, floor was filthy, tub had hairs that qwee not mine . There was no blanket just a very thin bedspread.
Fridge was not clean and had seen better days. I heard people talking well into early hours and frequent sirens.

First the check in staff was fine, however the room was filthy, bed was broken and sagging, I killed several small cockroaches so they werent from outside. Bathroom was full of cigarette burns and ceiling was covered with mold. They haven’t had breakfast since Covid started so why your website still says “free breakfast” as an amenity I don’t know. I realize this was an inexpensive motel but come on. Had I known I would have spent $40 more and stayed at Hampton Inn or similar. I guess you live and you learn…

Liked nothing. Felt unsafe. Scary people hanging around outside and terrible smell in hallway. I would not have stayed but my husband was tired from traveling and said we could tough it out one night and not have to argue with staff about getting money back

The bed was comfortable. The heat worked. The TV cable box was hanging from the wall. A table was so wobbly didn't want to touch it. There was paint on the floor in bathroom. It had half a toilet paper roll holder. The bathtub was discolored. There is no coffee maker in room. And my room was next to a gas station so we heard cars and radios all night. It was very disappointing.

The room was nasty. Roaches were in the room. Refrig did not cool. Breakfast was just frozen stuff to be microwaved and no coffee was started til forty minutes after breakfast started.

My father and I arrived late in the evening due to a late flight. We were not let into the hotel. Staff was so rude to us! They charge your card right away instead of when you check out. The room was horrifying! Stains on the sheets, no hangers in the closet, shower head held together by fabric, bathroom door would not close and plastic cups filthy. We were afraid to lay down but also so tired we didn’t want to sleep in our car. Alarm clock didn’t work and you couldn’t not call the front desk because the phone did not have a cord. We were registered for a 3 night stay. We immediately checked out that morning and found a hotel elsewhere. Do yourself a favor...pick another!!!

Not enough towels and washrags, had to request more. Phone was inoperable. Wifi pwd didnt work. Between mattress and box springs was crumbs. Bed slept comfortably.

Terrible location. Right next door to a 24 hour gas station that stays busy ALL night.
There were only two towels in the bathroom. I requested extra towels and pillows but received neither.
The hair dryer was missing and there was no iron. But there was an ironing board.

My room got swapped for a Handicapped room with no bathtub, leaking shower. Billing was unclear, in the end OK but had to talk to the manager over the Phone.

The guy at the front desk tried to get me to sign charge card slip for an additional $55 and could not explain why. The Room was incredibly dark. I could not see the keyboard of my computer. I found some kind of dead beetle on the floor and the floor was so slippery I fell and hit my head. The ice machine wasn’t working, and next to it was a mop pail full of dirty water. Worst place I stayed in decades.

Not only was my room dirty! It was double booked! I foound this out by the drunk couple trying to enter my room at 5am! The front desk was no help! I had to call the police to get the drunk man to quit banging on my door after his wife quit trying to get in! Luckily the upper locked was locked because her key worked! Hotels like this should not be on this site!

So disappointed in my choice to stay here. The 1st room was so musty they still had air cleaners in the room. The second room we found a needle in the tissue box . The mini fridge was leaking . No liner on the shower curtain so after a shower you steps into a flood. Asked to talk to a manager twice with no response

Internet, phone lines, and credit card machine were down because of a storm. Construction going on in hotel, so halls/common areas very dirty. Room was dirty and had holes in the walls. Staff was pretty amiable but unhelpful.
