Property is very well kept and managed staff is very friendly and courteous area around hotel is very safe with plenty of restaurants my favorite place in Cartagena one thing I would like is for and ice machine

The view was amazing but there is one restaurant I n the whole hotel and the hotel has no private beach

Staff was very friendly, but those who spoke English were in short supply. You can’t drink the water in the hotel and bottled water had to be purchased.

The breakfast was great the beach is right front of the hotel. The staff nice and friendly. The airport was like 25 minutes away. Even Getsamani and the wall of Cartagena. We love our stay.

Excelent customer service at all areas

Hotel was great, walking around the hotel may be difficult if it rains since laguito area gets really flooded, but the hotel it self was very clean, breakfast was on point, my only complaint will be the room was small for all the furniture in it, very little space to walk around. I highly recommend the one hour massage! For that price is totally worth it.

Great stay, so grateful to front desk for letting me check in early! Room looks right at the beach and very clean. Nice selection with free breakfast. I went back to restaurant and bought dinner which was tasty as well.

I loved being able to just walk across to the beach. And the staff was so friendly. My family and I had a great experience. Oh and you don’t have to go far for things you might need, almost everything is walking distance. Definitely recommend to others .

The property is kept squeaky clean and the staff are very pleasant. The breakfast was just okay....nothing extraordinary.

This was a perfect end to a busy Colombia trip! The hotel surpassed all my expectations. My room was spacious with a fantastic balcony overlooking the ocean - the perfect place to have my morning coffee or watch the sunset. The staff were attentive & kind including making sure I safely got to the airport at 3am! I loved lounging by the pool as there were plenty of deck loungers & everything was so clean. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The hotel was in a safe area & I felt comfortable walking around as a solo female. I highly recommend this hotel - it was way better than the 5 star hotel I spent in the walled part of town!

The staff especially Miguel at the front desk was very helpful and friendly . The pool was nice. The rooms could get an upgrade especially the bathroom..shower heads were clogged up making the water run poorly and toilet seat kept falling down. The hotel was ok in general

This is my second time staying at this hotel. The buffet breakfast was good not your typical American breakfast. The staff are all so nice.

The staff were super friendly and hospitable!!!The hotel was simple and small yet very cleanly and pretty, it had everything you needed ! The rooms were so spacious , the suite I had was literally an apartment with a wonderful View !

Overall the staff was exceptionally great except one front desk employee gave my fiance hard time adding our daughter who is 10 for the day. It was very hurting for ger so young getting rejected because he didn't want to except documents provided. Very bad situation that lasted over 20 minutes until he asked another team member who said it was ok. Everyone else in your staff was incredibly friendly

This hotel is dated but it is very clean! The staff were very tentative and will grant your request right away. My only complaint is that there was a couple next to me on the same floor that had their music up all night long and there isn’t much insulation. I’m mean like night club music all night long and we had to bang on their door a few times and they ignored it so we went down to security because the front desk and the rest of the hotel is closed after certain hours and he wasn’t able to get them to come to the door. It was very nerve wracking because it went on till 4am. After this fiasco hours later we wake up to power tools and workers renovating a room across and down the hall from us which was very close. This noise woke us up after a long night and the fumes they were using from this project were unbearable. It was like a very intense smell of paint thinner throughout the entire floor that lingered the entire day and day after! I suggest that if your planning on renovating a room, that you don’t allow bookings on that floor to avoid disrupting guest with noise and toxic fumes that is overbearing the entire floor! Other than that I enjoyed my stay as it was close to the beach and the pool was very refreshing!
