10 minutes before arriving they called and cancelled my reservation saying that they didn’t get the rooms cleaned.

Great people and rooms are good but halls and stairs are not clean. Green pool water out of service.

First room bedding was dirty..one bed was full of pet hair..transfered to another room bedding had stains..shampoo holder broken off wall..carpets in elevator, hallways and rooms are dirty and stained. This hotel needs a major renovation. Staff very friendly

The staff was very nice, however the this particular hotel was not very clean. The hallway smelled of mildew and it didn’t appear the cleaning staff vacuumed anywhere outside the actual hotel room. Our room had red stains all over the carpet. The hallway carpet and carpets in the lobby were filthy. The front desk area was not clean. Aside from the staff being very friendly our stay was not a pleasant one.

No water in vending machines. It is close to the university

When you drive up the grounds were unkept. The bed sheets and pillow case had stains. The pool was green and not usable. When you 1st walk up there was a bird nest above the main door and there were bird dropping all over the front.

Hallways were dirty. Bird nest over front door with bird poop on floor at entranc.

A bunch of Bird poop smack dab in the middle of the entrance as we walk into the lobby and when I mentioned it to the receptionist she said with delight, “did you see we have a bird nest right above the door!” The swimming pool was inoperable but the worst part was it was filled with dirty water and was a putrid green color. It was a settling stay as the building is noticeably neglected. I would never stay there again or recommend it to anyone.

The elevator was broken. The pool was green. Ice machines out of order. Several doors didn’t even have locks on them.

The pool was closed, breakfast was minimal, bed was comfortable tho.

Well where do I start…. Elevator broke upon arrival. Bird crap piled up in front of the door as I entered. Trash out front was full with trash all around it. Computer kept locking up. Pool was outside and full of algae. Positive was the rooms were pretty nice and have no complaints there but man this place needs some management help

Carpet was dingy and smells musty. The pool was literally green and clearly uncared for. Elevator was broken. Would not stay they're again nor would I recommend it.

Pool was not in working order otherwise stay was very good

The hotel smelled funny and they advertised breakfast but had nothing. Not worth the $130 I paid. Very dissatisfied.

It was quiet and clean. Staff was very helpful when and if needed. Would definitely stay again.

I've stayed there in the past but it's continuing to get worse. No doubt my bedding and pillow cases were not changed. Hair everywhere. Had to choice but to put towels on pillows since it was 1 am when I checked in. I was going to ask for refund in the morning but no staff was in sight and I just wanted out of there.

My daughter didn’t stay. She checked in and went up to room. There was mouse droppings in the room, a fake eyelash on the bathroom floor, pubic hair in the sink, and a stain on the sheets. She chose to not stay. Went to front desk. There were mouse dropping in hallway. We are supposed to be getting reimbursed by Expedia according to the Microtel management . Haven’t heard from them yet. Would not recommend

Motel needed some updating. Fairly clean but didn’t touch the room the second day. Would’ve at least liked the garbage emptied. Breakfast was not good. Coffee pot was broken and one side of toaster didn’t work. Selections were really sparse

There are no parking lot lights turned on and when I talked to the person at the front desk, they told me they could not turn them on because the owner did not give them access and they could not contact the owner to turn them on. It is very unsafe and dark on this property, I told him if my car was broken into I would hold them and the hotel owners personally responsible would not recommend this place

Liked the big well-lit parking lot in the back, breakfast, and the convenience of the Microtel to Oklahoma State University.

My room which I paid for in advance was given to another party, reason given I wasn’t there at 3pm. We’re from St Louis and are extremely pissed off. Wyndam will be hearing from us. We were refunded, the front desk person apologized BUT this episode shouldn’t have occurred. Poor management indeed

The hotel smelled horrible as soon as you walked in. The check in took forever and it was hot as could be in the lobby. The first room they gave us hadn't been cleaned yet and had a big hole in the wall.The second room we received was clean but the pullout sofa looked stained and disgusting.

We will never stay here again. Black hair on the bathroom floor when we checked in and still there four days later!! The entire building smells. No vacuuming and only one housekeeping visit in four days. Stairs are DIRTY! Breakfast was sad. Most days things were empty or not working. Very disappointing and certainly won't recommend!

Rooms were nice and clean. Breakfast could be better.

This hotel smelled horribly of cat urine. The only way the smell could be worse is if a cat peed directly on your face. Carpet was stained and tile was sticky. Sheets were stained and a/c was clearly programmed to run on a schedule regardless of any adjustments made. Breakfast was laughable; coffee maker was broken and could literally see through the juice it was so watered down. We did feel safe so that is one redeeming quality.

I never do reviews. I’m very laid back. I was driving in to attend Mom’s weekend. Arrived 35 minutes before meeting up with my son. 4:25 pm. There was an odor but I just kept walking. Every hotel in Stillwater was booked. Got into my room to find: wet towels on the floor, bed unmade. You could see the outline of a person on the sheets. I walked down and explained. The room was never cleaned. No other rooms were available. I had to lay my stuff in that room and changed clothing. They said they would send someone up to clean it. Went out with my son and realized I was sleeping in the car. Luckily, coming back into the hotel to get my stuff, the night clerk told me “ they had a cleaned room.” There is rotten food in the stairwell, and the hallway a/c units were on heat not a/c. ( contributing that to the horrible odor of rotten food.)

I loved how this place was tucked away behind some business and restaurants. Space between the busy roads and hotel made for quieter surroundings. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance, and extremely easy access to all of the main points of Stillwater. The rooms were nice and clean, and the two different people who checked me in and out were just as sweet as could be. Would definitely stay here again.

Was disappointed in the rooms did not match the picture on line, very dated in person. The hallways had a strong smell of ammonia. The pool was very dirty and not maintained.

Cleanliness was lacking.

Beds was nasty and food left in the room
