It was very nice. We checked in early then came back later. The WiFi was great and breakfast buffet very nice. Will stay again. Recommend for a night away from home

The indoor pool & hot tub thermostat was not working. So was unable to use. It was the highlight for our trip! Everything else nice!

Over all a 3 star stay.
The staff was great and the lobby smelled great and everything was clean but the hallways and rooms smelt a little musty. The curtains in the room blocked the air flow from the air unit so we used shoes to keep them pushed back.
The walls are super thin, we could hear the people above us using the restroom....Also the noise from outside was bothersome constant noise from trucks that were delivering to the store behind us so little sleep it was.
The hot tub was also broken which was a bummer because we were looking forward to it from a long day of travel.

Property was nice I do not appriate the policy that I had to place a security deposit and having to wait for my refund. Also having to pay for my stay in advance. I have stayed at many hotel in my past and never had to pay in advance. Will not stay again.

It was a good start with friendly staff. No issues and the breakfast was good. The grounds outside were ok, had some landscape issues but nothing that was off-putting

This is a nice hotel. It is conveniently located near a Walmart, lots of food places, and the highway. So, it’s easy to locate and easy to find, most of the things you need while traveling.

The lobby of the hotel was nice and seemed to be recently renovated. The lobby also had a nice smelling scent. The hotel room was just average. Not enough towels were supplied and there were no linens for the sofabed.

Not my first time to stay here. Never have any complaints. Public areas are clean, typical carb & protein breakfast options, clean & comfortable rooms. Biggest criticisms are: poor coffee from the fancy machine in the breakfast area and limited location of plugs in the rooms, needed to plug in chargers.

I enjoyed my stay. I had trouble checking in because the system was down and had to wait a while to get my room key, but other than that, it was a great stay.

When I arrived to check in, the system was down and I couldn’t check in. We were finally walked to our room but didn’t have a key . The front clerk did the best she could. The hot top was not working either.
I would think we should have been offered some sort of credit or discount for the inconvenience.

The hotel isn't all that great. The bed was as hard as a rock. AND NOBODY wants little square pillows! YOUR guest want normal sized pillows that are comfortable. The shower was old with cracks in the sheetrock in the ceiling. The TV channels were lacking - and no instructions on the how to use it. Maybe ours just didn't work. WHO KNOWS. THIS is not a $3255 a night hotel. Maybe it is when you want to price up your crappy rooms because you know there is a graduation celebration that weekend. NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN

I didn't have a car so I couldn't really walk to go to a restaurant. Right by the freeway. Other than that the place was very nice and staff were friendly and the room was good and clean.

Great Hotel. Very clean and convenient to the activities we had in Mansfield. Service was great and Hotel was extremely clean. The only issue was with the cable channels. Our family travels for athletics nearly every weekend and I travel for work and I can say that is the worst excuse for channels EVER!
Basic cable channels( CBS, FOX, NBC)plus several nonsense channels. No streaming options, no premium cable options, not even TBS, USA, Nickelodeon, etc…..difficult to spend any time in the room with family when you have no television.
