Outstanding in every aspect

Great value apartment, close to supermarket and good connection to the motorway system to travel around the areas

Was great service and very clean and nice

Check-in was easy and we had good communication from the property beforehand. It's assigned car parks and our allocated one was a little tight for our SUV but we got in it. There are dining options about 10-15 mins walk from the resort covering pub/grill food to Thai or Italian. The room was very clean and mostly quiet although there was still a bit of noise from the Motorway. The kids enjoyed the pool and spa. Would stay again.

Reception staff were friendly. Pool and spa were a delight to swim in.

Our apartment had dirty pillow slips, a washing machine that jumped around due to an balancing issue, the drain pipe from.washing machine leaked all over laundry floor, TV lost reception about 7pm for the 3 nights we were there, the curtains had broken hooks and were dropping. We contacted after hours the first night to be told he had left the premises and there was nothing he could do.We saw the reception the next morning with the list, as we had to do our washing, but nothing had been fixed by that evening.Rang recetion again the next day and told them nothing had been fixed, they said they were looking at everything that day.Rang again in the afternoon to check and got told they had fixed everything.Double checked about TV, and was told issue had been sorted.When we got back, washing machine and leak was rectified, curtains hadn't been,TV definitely NOT.The unit we had was on level 1 above entry gates to unground carpark, you could hear these opening and closing through the night as people came in

Very clean only there for 2 days to play in Aussie open bowls but will recommend to family a great place to stay and easy access for travel

Large spacious apartment. Tidy with everything you would need. Check in and check out quick and easy. Nice pool and spa area. Lovely front counter staff.

One way traffic in basement not clearly signed. Direction needs to be overhead with clear exit, one way signs.

It was a clean, neat & tidy

We stayed for just 2 nights, good location, nice property surroundings. The owner was kind, we had a late arrival and the key things had issues work one simple phone call and the owner came straight down and sorted it straight away and then gave us directions for the parking. Lovely gentleman. The people living in the complex were friendly.. Nice and clean. I would have swam in the pool if we had a longer stay. I'd definatley come back and stay again.

It was simply awful. The maintenance and housekeeping were not done property and the condition of the facility was awful. The water was leaking from the sink and could not use the bathroom. Reception is arrogant and does not even apologize for all the unbelievable problems which we faced due to their fault.

This hotel has the best pool and jacuzzi! So beautiful and relaxing! Nice and quiet, perfect for our teen kids, shopping centre only walking distance from resort.

Amazing place to stay.. Reception staff so helpful and understanding

The area and surroundings are very nice. I have stayed a few times ad the apartments are starting to look a bit tired. The after hours key collection did not work and I had to call out a member of staff. Then there was an issue with the key drop on checkout this morning. My key would not let me enter the foyer, so I had to use a side gate and walk all round the property to get inside to drop the key. Key drop box should be outside if your fob key cannot open the front doors.

This property was well below expectations especially when compared against photos provided in advertising. Though the unit was a very decent size it was dirty and run down. Crockery was chipped, spa was dirty, no instructions on how to operate anything. Everywhere you looked it was dirty and unhygienic. We stayed 4 days and did not spend much time in the apartment however left early and booked a much nicer and cleaner apartment to complete our holiday in. We have taken photos and will be laying a complaint to the facility themselves. Would not recommend this place to anyone or any other facility managed by Sungrass.

Pool cleaness

We had booked a night away with family in one of their two-bedroom apartments, expecting one bedroom with a queen bed and the other with two single beds. Upon arrival we learned that they had placed in a different room, with two queen beds. Instead of giving us the room we booked, we were given a single bed squeezed in next to the queen bed in the master suite as a solution. We also discovered that the freezer seal was broken, resulting in the freezer drawer being frozen shut. We had to hack at the ice to break it away to get into the freezer, after which it began leaking all over the floor. Their solution was to masking tape the freezer door shut. The washing machine was also so mouldy, it smelled to high-heaven and was unusable. As was the drier. The clothes airer was broken and there were paint chips and marks on the walls, and paintings that were once hung were sat on the floor in the living room. There weren't many toiletries available in the bathroom other than soap and shower gel, and there was no dishcloth available to use in the kitchen. What was available was thrown into the cupboard randomly and in a mess. The kitchen utensils and crockery was dirty and also strewn around the kitchen in random places. This apartment was lovely, but not set up as a holiday rental at all. Luckily we made do for just one night, but if we rented this for a week we'd have asked for our money back. I don't recommend booking here.

We arrived after hours, the communcation was good and the room was clean and comfortable

First off we love how spacious the unit was, and that there’s 2 bathrooms (1 for every room) and a toilet room. The lounge room is nice and cozy and the laundry is working as expected so we didn’t end up carrying wet clothes after the trip. The only thing we hope to be improved in the future is the state of the carpet outside the unit. We are not sure if it’s only by chance or that when we stayed it wasn’t cleaned yet but the hallway smelled like a wet dog. We stayed in building 1, level 3 for reference.

Staff members need to be trained how to deal with guests. Poor service I don’t recommend it at all

Clean, full facilities, close to everything, spacious. My kids love the swim pool and spa. Good place to stay and for sure come back next time.

Should have been awesome but the room wasn't ready on time and the Wifi was unavailable which meant no internet or TV for the kids. It looked like there was a wifi unit but it had chords plugged into it, nor to the foxtel or tv. I tried calling reception but it was 5pm by the time the room was available and no answer when calling reception. When I told reception the next morning they didn't seem to care. We specifically organised this 2 bedroom apartment so that we could have a break from the kids, but instead they had nothing to do all evening.

Great pool area. Easy parking. Short drive to theme parks and shopping centre.
