My stay at the hotel was awesome. The staff was friendly very customer service oriented. The room was clean comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

This is now my 3rd time staying at this hotel, everytime i been here i get the king suite with private pool, everything about the room amazes me and its always cleaned with all amenties provided, everytime i come i see the same employee and im not sure of her name but she is really welcoming and very helpful, i always recommend this hotel to others i know when traveling, this will be the hotel i always come back to

Our stay at this hotel was horrible. We unfortunately did not have a good time. Our room smelled of cigarettes to our understand it’s a smoke free facility. We were moved rooms, and “upgraded” there was no upgrade to the room we got. The shower was backed up, when we showered there was a puddle of water as we showered. Room smelled in general and the A/C unit was horrible it was hot in our room all night & day. Unsure of the property is just old? But the pool towel they had were so old and the quality was poor. I would’ve brought my own if I would’ve known how bad they were. Oh and the ice machine didn’t even work! We had to walk across the property to find a working one and when we did it was horrible and gave hardly any ice Although stay was friendly, when I asked for a refund I wasn’t given anything back. I will never recommend for anyone to stay here or stay myself.

I had a ADA suite. The bathroom light is motion sensored. Fine during the day but EXTREMELY bright in the middle of the night! The shower had no curtain and water flooded under the sink area. Espresso cups provided but no espresso machine. Regular coffee cups please. On the bright side, it was quite spacious.

Room was nothing like the pictures furniture was very Dirty and messy. Toilet was plugged the first night and even after it was unplugged with plunger it would continue to plug up. Another odd thing was you had to request to have your rooms cleaned and if you did not, you didn’t get fresh towels and sheets.

The staff was great. The bathroom was very grimey. Almost like it was just surface level cleaned rather than deep cleaned. Shower floor was yuckey to the point I had to wear my sandals because the floor felt unclean. The shower was not stocked with any necessities. The sink was dirty and no hand soap holder so you just laid the soap on the counter which contributes to the griminess. The rest of the room was good. And definitely need new pillows. The ones in the room were so flat and uncomfortable. I feel like for the price you pay the furnishings should be in better condition.

The mineral pool and cleanliness

The tv in the private pool area wasn't working. Although, it was connected to the internet and the main menu appeared on the screen, it still wouldn't operate. It stated wifi issue. I called the front desk and the guy advised that tv in the private pool area doesn't work they do not connect to the internet. The tv was useless it wouldn't even pick up local channels.I advised him guests should be notified of that afterall we are paying for the amenities in our reservation

Samantha at the front desk kicked butt. Very professional and friendly and helpful. Give her a raise!!! Overall the hotel is fine. The hot tubs are great. It’s close to fast food and coffee. I had a small leak under my sink and they were on top of it. Would totally recommend for a quick stay in DHS.

I loved this little oasis. The pool and hot tub were fantastic. The lobby is adorable, and the rooms are renovated and clean. I love having a deck amd a fridge. The beds were super comfy, the room was large and it was clean. I really love the loungy pool area.

This was not the first time we been at Aqua Soleil Hotel, it’s been more then 10 years coming to spent a weekend, but it was the first time for my daughter and she loved it so much that she wants to go back soon LOL.

Staff was nice , rooms were nice and spacy .everything was clean . Jacuzzi were nice n hot .it was cute plaace to stay i would recommend it
