The check-in process was quick and easy. The room was clean and easy to find.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a Holiday Inn hotel. When we checked into our room the AC was off. We put it on 66 degrees. Let to go eat to kill a few hours. Came back to the room and seemed to be cooling. Woke up at 2:00 am with AC blowing hot air. Couldn’t call the front desk because the phone in the room didn’t work. Had to get dressed to go to front desk. They moved us to another room, which the AC did work, but we only got 4 1/2 hours of sleep. We were only in town for 1 night for a funeral. The staff was nice and apologized, but still got charged full price.

Luis checked us in and was very kind. He gave us his undivided attention after a long day of soccer. The rooms were clean and the hotel was very nice.

The lobby area was very strong perfumed as if to cover another smell. The room was not as heavy but still fairly strong. The bathroom had some mold around the shower door but otherwise clean. The staff was very friendly. Will not stay there again however because i am very sensitive to peefumes.

Very easy access from 75 - decent location very safe and close to food options. Very clean and nice bar for such a small place. Will definitely stay at again.

Needs updates. Bathroom grout is disgusting and there’s mold in the shower. Whole hotel smells musty.

Problems with air conditioner leaking in our room. We were transferred to another handicapped room that had a VERY SLICK shower floor.

The stay here was good however the breakfast was noted to be included in my price and they also advertised on their website free breakfast but yet charges 9.99 per person. So I wasn’t able to try the breakfast. The room was clean and spacious and had everything you needed inside.

The room was very neat; the bed was very comfortable. I liked the design of the tub. Provision of shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion was great. The staff at the desk was helpful and friendly.

The hotel itself was clean, staff friendly, beds comfortable - the floor in our room was wavy...that is the best way to describe it. It would slope up and down in the limited walking area of the room, so it's weird it was that noticeable.

I paid for the breakfast, thinking itd be decent quality with more individually prepared dishes. It was literally the free breakfast most hotels offer. The eggs and bacon tasted off and i couldn't eat more than 1 bite of them. I could've spent that money at waffle house.
My room was nice but my door didnt not shut well on its own. I had to push the door closed with extra weight to get it to latch. Freaked me out thinking how easy it'd be to just open the door or accidentally leave it open and then someone just come in.
The staff was friendly and helpful and the hotel was clean and well lit. The bed was comfortable and i appreciated the dove shower products in the room.

Most of the staff was real friendly and our room was comfortable but the 3rd floor had a strong smell of cleaning supplies that seeped into our room.

Very clean and quiet. Staff were very courteous and accommodating. I didn’t get to enjoy the complimentary breakfast but I took a peek and they had great selection with a comfortable and clean dining area. Would come back here!
