Overall…I was satisfied with the room
and the price. A couple challenges were:
1) Room TV had the wrong remote. However, the issue was rectified.
Was provided one remote for sound and another remote for changing channels. Strange, but functional.
2) Room key/card kept having to be re-charged and established. That happened three times. I was on the third floor so definitely delayed eaxh time my arrival back into my room.
The front desk service was always friendly and professional.

Woke up with a rash the next day due to bugs. The room was closed and fumigated after my stay

We and four friends stayed here for a conference. The covers on our beds were not clean, when we flipped the sheets back, we found hair and the floor was not clean. The shower head barely worked and the water wasn’t hot.

Good stopping point during a roadtrip north of Atlanta to rest and recharge. Near an IHOP, highway and fuel.

Leftover medical items in room from previous tenant. No coffee in the room and breakfast downstairs or the box of cereal and a frozen ego. It was OK just weak

This was my second time staying at this location the rooms are clean and budget friendly. I was impressed by not financial hold on the card and regular checkout is 12 with late checkout at 1pm.

Facility was very clean and staff was friendly however many normal things were not available. Zero Counter space in bathroom, no list of tv channels or other information in room, no do not disturb sign, no accessible power outlets or USB ports, only 1 trash can, extremely bright lighting throughout, no night lights available,

**One-Star Review:**
While the staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and the check-in process was smooth, my experience was far from satisfactory. Unfortunately, this was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in due to the noise levels. I could hear conversations from the neighboring room, and their alarm clock went off five times, which was incredibly disruptive. To make matters worse, I could hear the guests stomping around on the floor above. It became clear that the building is poorly constructed, making for a very uncomfortable stay. I won’t be returning.

The staff here are so nice! We always feel welcomed and comfortable.

Multiple guest key’s stopped working throughout their stay. Room service cleaned the rooms and didn’t have clean towels. Called the front desk for more and was told to come get some. Went down and they didn’t have any. AC could hardly keep up keeping the room clean. The fridge wouldn’t keep cold. The shower drain was completely stopped up.

Not good. Got the last room available and it was bad. Long black hair was all over the bathroom and floor of the room. Sheets wete clean so all we stayed was one night. Spoke to the manager thr next morning and she was very apologetic. Offered half of our payment back. Got total refund from HOTELS.COM. I think the Manager will get problem fixed.

It is a plain room common area is small and breakfast was not appealing. Other then that ok for short stay.

Easy to get into. Everyone was very pleasant. For some reason I was given a handicap room. Didn’t need it, but was no big deal.

When we got there there was no staff member when I called the number that was on the door they stated they were coming and took 10 minutes I called again to ask how long I had to wait she told me 13 minutes waited 15 minutes more the place is very filthy spiderwebs everywhere I don’t recommend this place.

I was unaware there was no daily cleaning....I will pay less for a hotel next time. Someone was smoking pot on the floor so it stunk. It was noisier then expected...could hear through the walls. Only interaction with employee was check in which was fine.

Friendly staff. As usual, hair dryer not working. Room the size of a closet. No frig. No microwave. Cable TV poor, unless you're into religion programs. Substandard for the price.

The check in was quick. The room was average but didnt have a fridge or microwave or ironing board The noise level was louder then average but not intolerable. The breakfast was average and got me thru till lunch. I called for the room to be vacummed after fresh towels were dropped off but it never happened nor the bed being made.

My families stay was awesome they came in town for my daughters graduation. They said the hotel staff was awesome and very friendly and helpful.
