we came for a concert and will for sure come back

TV didn’t work and was cracked. And they didn’t fix it or offer a different room

Clean room. Good shower head. Hot water! Cozy bed and sheets.

Overall everything was great. Except I fell in the shower because the tub was slippery. I was bruised and embarrassed more than anything. Something in the tub to keep it from being so slippery would be a good idea.

Booked reservation online for one night. Called the desk to confirm reservation. The guy who answered the phone kept on saying, what room would I like? I kept on repeating that I already have a reservation that I booked online. It went on like that a few times and finally I went there to check in. The front desk guy was Indian (India) and seemed like he didn’t know what I was saying. I had a repeat of my phone conversation in person. Losing my patience a little now but kept my cool. Room was nice and clean. Parking was great. Restaurants nearby and stores to include Walmart. Overall it was great but would be nice to have someone who is the first representative of the hotel that a guest sees to be someone who understands English very well and have great communication skills.

Just a quick overnight stay, but was what we needed on this trip, traveled a little further to get a little more rest and the room was very nice and comfortable, everyone was very polite

The room and beds were very spacious comfortable. Bathroom was clean with lots of counter space. Nice strong shower spray. Also appreciated the Dove products. Fridge and microwave were also handy. Good breakfast with hot and cold selections, including waffle maker. Only ding for us was a line going through the middle of the TV. It is a nice, convenient hotel and I would stay here again.

I have stayed at this property many times. It is convenient to a lot of shopping and dining options. The beds and bedding are comfortable. Breakfast is not great. We were a little annoyed this time when housekeeping went up and down the hall waking everyone up by knocking loudly on every door at 8:15 on a Saturday morning.

Very nice & clean property! Very impressed with our stay! The bed was a true King size bed unlike most hotels. I will say, this was one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at!!

Way too noisy! Thin walls allow for highway traffic to be heard all night! Also there was a group of people around the fire pit that was directly under our window until 3:00am!

Just a year ago this is where our ball team loved to stay . It was always nice and clean. Not so much anymore. Dirty and not taken care of properly. Loud noisy doors all night long .

There's been water damage to walls. It was painted in an effort to hide it.

We got in much later than expected, and were tired from driving. Check-in was fast and easy, even though we got in after midnight. The beds were comfortable, and the room was great. Slept fantastically.
