These folks held a delivery for me that involved a component very critical to my work in the area. I really appreciated them looking out for the delivery and holding it for me til I arrived the next day. Next time I return to Port Arthur I will be staying here again. All the other amenities were fine at a fair price.

There was an unknown substance splashed on the wall behind the toilet. The shower/tub was slippery with no hand holds or anything to abate the slipperiness on the floor of the tub. Staff seems to not care if we were there are not...

We specifically researched for a hotel that served a full breakfast. Your add said you did... however, there wasn't even bread for toast! We left and went out. We will not be choosing Comfort Inn again.

Pool was under maintenance. Door handle broken so took like 5 mins to get into room every time. Bathroom shower had mold all over it. Floor was dirty like it wasn’t vacuumed. We asked for a crib and the one they gave us looked like it was pulled out of a mechanic shop. Just overall bad experience. We didn’t even give the breakfast a shot. We checked out and just left.

The eggs are mushy and soupy. The two days i spent there the hashbrowns were not cooked completely.

I only stayed one night but it was a good day, quiet night and friendly staff, would stay again if I’m in the area.

Was not enough parking

After traveling several hours we were looking forward to a long hot shower and going to bed. The shower only had Luke warm water. I was so disappointed. Then the pillows were like a handful of mush! I spoke to front desk and was told they would call me after speaking to owner. I never received a call back! Don’t stay here…a huge disappointment 😡

I liked that the elevator worked Didn't like carpet stains and carpet in the room

First three days were terrible. I wasn’t allowed to check in at first due to a late check in (I work nights in the plants). Second morning my door reader would not work. Staff could not fix it and made me wait 3 hours for a manager to come in. Third day, cleaning staff ignored my do not disturb sign and tried entering my room twice, waking me up both times. Staff said they’re sorry, no concessions were offered.

The property was very clean but the tile in the shower needs to be replaced. The hotel has a strong smell. I purchased plug ins and that still did not work.

Quality at reasonable price..

Like that breakfast was included. Did not like that there were too few towels and washcloths in the room.

The front desk was great! The bed was sooo comfy and the water pressure and temperature was perfect. Room was clean, everything was perfect!!

Last minute business travel. Friendly and caring receptionist. Room clean, bed inviting, no trouble falling asleep fast.

The room was good, had a few issues. TV didn't work when we got there, somehow got unplugged, phone didn't work to call the desk, it was unplugged from the phone jack. Overall good experience, was a little noisy from the freeway but wasn't terrible! Room was clean and had a great shower. Will definitely stay there again when we gi back to visit!

Friendly front desk service

It was good. No complaints. Friendly staff. One suggestion though, make stronger coffee! LOL

As we pulled into the parking lot I was a little skeptical because although the outside of building looked “ok” you could tell that it was definitely an older building. The pool was much much smaller than the pictures. As we entered the lobby we were knocked over by a terrible smell. It was AWFUL. I actually had to cover my nose while checking in. My son described it as “walking into a broken refrigerator or cooler that has been sitting outside in the heat that had old musty water inside”. It really was awful. Despite the smell, the lobby looked to be fairly clean. You could tell from the inside that it definitely was an older hotel but they tried to keep it clean. Check in was pretty smooth, front desk clerk was courteous. We took the elevator to the 3rd floor and tripped over the metal on the elevator floor. This actually happened several times to each of us during our stay. Not safe and needs attention immediately. The 3rd floor did not have the smell of the lobby. The room was fairly large and was clean. It smelt like old hotels do…kind of musty but nothing compared to the lobby. The shower pressure was terrible!!! It was like a drizzle so it took three times as ling to wash out shampoo and conditioner. The toilet would not flush properly. We ended up taking the top of the tank off so that the lever would be able to fully extend so we could flush. The beds were comfortable. We could not eat breakfast because of the smell in the lobby. We will NOT stay here again.

I mistakenly had not booked correctly and did not have an ADA room upon arrival and the only option remaining on site for the 3 of us would have been a king size bed with a pull out couch. Pull out couches are notoriously uncomfortable and since that was the only ADA option, we had to go elsewhere. The man on duty was gracious in canceling the reservation. The smell in the lobby was awful and i was glad to be leaving. There must be a leak somewhere because it smelled extremely moldy.
