It is an older hotel so one has to understand that comes with certain factors, but what was inexcusable was when I opened the door to my room in smelled like someone was smoking pot in their & it was a non-smoking room. Worse yet, I took off my flip flops and walked around the room to put my things away & my feet turned black from the dirty carpet! The bathroom was good enough with my only complaint that they gave you just enough toiletries for 1 shower. The staff was as friendly and helpful as they could be and the breakfast was decent. The pool area, though small, was well maintained and enjoyable on a hot day.

Very accessible from route one on the way down to the beaches. Floors in the room felt a little scuzzy, but otherwise things were clean and simple.

This hotel had a musty and smoky order throughout. The decor was outdated and stained.

Staff were very nice. The room had a musty odor. Housekeeping sprayed freshener but didn't help. I suspect the rest of the rooms were the same. Believe it was the carpet. Places really should do away with carpet and do laminate. Carpet is just nasty. No fault of the staff

The staff was very nice but I would not stay there again. Rooms (especially the bathroom) really need updating, air conditioner did not work, and most importantly, it did not feel clean. It served a purpose but I should have stayed somewhere else.

Property is clean it’s a good place to stay if you’re looking for a place to simply lay your head. Don’t expect luxury.

My sheets in my room had blood stains on them, if i wanted to get a microwave had to pay 20 more dollars for another room. I told the manager about my situation and my sheets weren't change right away, was given a 30dollars off my bill and i stayed there for 2days. I will never go there again and the manager was very slow in attending to my situation. The worst place i have ever stayed!!!!

The room smelled like mildew and the ceiling in the room and bathroom was damage from water without repairs. $200 a night definitely not worth it.. so disappointing.

Very clean and friendly staff

The staff was very nice and accommodating , overall stay pretty good . The room could use some updating , paint and repair in some areas . The key card kept deactivating was a bit annoying . Good location , close to everything .

Clean and spacious room, decent breakfast, no complaints

The TV programming in the room was worthless. There needs to be a listing of the actual channels and shows. The breakfast choices were excellent, area was clean and well maintained. Hotel staff was helpful with questions on the area.

Typical chain hotel, standard breakfast and the room was comfortable. The hotel smelled funny, like they were covering up smoke or mold with heavy cleaning solutions.

Property was clean and kept nicely. Breakfast was ok. There was just enough there to get your day started - eggs, sausage, toast, waffles, cereal options, yogurt, mini muffins, juice, coffee, tea. Room was clean and decent. My only complaint was the bathtub. While taking a shower, the water would not go down the drain properly. It would back up in the tub. Also, you can tell the tub was outdated. Certain parts of it sunk in as you moved about in the tub. You can tell some parts of the tub were painted as there was peeling paint in areas of the tub as well. The TV in my room was outdated and I had serious trouble with my room key. I had a 3 day stay and my key only worked properly on the first day. Front desk was very friendly. There's ample parking at the hotel. McDonalds and Wendy's are nearby restaurants within walking distance. There is a huge variety of restaurants within minutes of this hotel. Walmart and Bally's casino is a 10min drive. There's a mall nearby as well. This hotel is in a great location. It's my go-to when visiting Delaware but this visit was a slight disappointment for me.

Easy to get to, clean room

This hotel smells horribly The room initially assigned to I was displeasing I did not ask for an attached room with a door. Therefore, I requested another room. The replacement room smelled and daunty. I do not recommend this hotel. I am totally disappointed

Miss Teresa is a very nice lady and the breakfast lady was very nice but the guy that was there at night when we checked in was not so nice

We stayed at hotl last night. Staf were great.when booking somehow two room not one booked.,I was advised this by staff at check in. They offered to cancel but advised I needed to contact booking company and ask them to contact hotel. I tried but there was no phone number offered and customer service line said technical difficulties and virtual agent did not respond. So hotel fine booking process poor
