I've been here 5 times now
The breakfast is pretty good even though it's not free and opens at a later-than-usual 7am. Service is always quick and perfect, the front desk people are rockstars. As for the rooms, the beds are very comfy, but the showers have been 2 for 5 in terms of having good water pressure. Still, though, the rooms are exceptionally clean and attractive. I especially enjoy the separation of the bedroom and living room.
Overall, I would recommend staying here

Hotel upgrades are nice and were well needed but for what we paid for the room (ridiculously high) you would think items like nasal tissues (they gave us a roll of toilet paper) and sheets without stains on them (black ink or eyeliner on them) and a shower curtain that isn’t stained orange would be expected…

Before i arrived at the hotel, i received a phone call from one of people at the hotel. He told me that the hotel was full and he was cancelling my reservation, except he never actually cancelled it. I was able to find another hotel for the night but still had to pay for this room and hotels.com (Expedia) will not refund me.

We booked our room last minute for an overnight stay after an OSU game. We were very happy with our room. The staff was friendly, the room felt brand new and the bed was very comfortable. We highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel smelled like bug spray. House keeping did not clean the bathroom. There was hair on the sink and in the shower. Gross!

We were upgraded to a suite due to patch work being finished on the ceiling in the original room. The front desk requested representative informed us and gave us the option to decrease the room fee or upgrade us to a suite. We thank you for providing us with options.

Was at this hotel 3 nights, maid service was inconsistent, had to request towels 2 of 3 nights and they completely missed maid service one night after telling us they would return due to us being in the room a little later in the morning.

Towels were torn, didn’t get room cleaned and rat droppings in bathroom. No coffee in room and no cream in the lobby. Paid $250 a night- so not worth it.

I was very disappointed in my stay. The room rate was crazy high due to graduation weekend. I booked two rooms seven months in advance with two special requests. I even called five days in advance to see if they could meet my requests. Good thing I called because one request was to have a crib in one room. The other was for connecting rooms. I was told getting my connecting rooms would be a priority but alas connecting rooms weren't available upon check in. Very disappointing - definitely NOT worth $1,000.

The room was nice enough but I noticed hair in the tub, on towels, and a roach on the window sill.

The AC in the rooms is ridiculous. Set it to 74 in the living room and it’s like a meat locker in the bedroom.
Also, there seems to be more and more maintenance issues each time we go.

We stay here a lot… great hotel, clean and always reliable.

The room was spacious and clean. We had to take a cold shower because no hot water.
There was also traffic noise even with our room being on the 4th floor.

Had an accident that led to me not being able to attend an event. Called the day of after recognizing that i had not canceled because the event happened leading to stress and mental anxiety. The hotel is not agreeing to refund a portion of the payment. Despite me calling the day off. I'm disappointed but know that greed has its way of coming back around. I'll probably limit the use of third party rsvp as hotels.com has agreed to provide a cancellation and refund, but holiday inn has declined.

There are a couple things that disappointed me with the hotel.
1) You promote the hotel as having a restaurant and bar, which you only serve a breakfast.
2) None of the ice machines work on the floors and ice is only available at the front desk.

I had a sofa sleeper however there was no bedding in the room for a sofa sleeper. If you want bedding, you have to go and get it from the front desk.

The sheets were dirty. The room was cold. When I made the reservation I added for breakfast but when we went to eat breakfast they added another $10 per person.
Not good. We won’t be back.
