Check was good and quick.
The accommodation was up a flight of steps, the place looked like a 1980 time share, just needed tlc, having said that, it had living room/kitchenette, separate bedroom and bathroom. The balcony overlooked the swimming pool and open area, and views of a golf course. Very quiet area.
Bed was comfortable and clean, linen and towels were sufficient.
No on-site restaurant or shop.

A very good budget option for self catering. Excellent quality bed and linen in a spacious one bedroom apartment. The kitchen had basic cooking utensils and was adequate for our needs. The golf course and lots of green space surrounds the property and it was easy to drive to Place des Italians for park and ride to Avignon. We would definitely stay again when driving from UK to our house in Spain. There was secure parking outside of the apartment and the car park gates shut overnight. It was a very comfortable, safe and peaceful place to stay.

We booked this as a last resort and loved it: it was cheep, but we had a wonderfull suite of two rooms, two bathrooms, a toilet and a balcony. The pool was ideal for us: plenty deep to swim in and not too deep for our 8yo. Close to shopping and reasonable distance by car to central Avignon. The kitchen worked out really well for us and there was a dishwasher. And the the French national U21 soccer team was there on a training camp.

It would have been nice not to have to block the shower drain because of the smell.
Also the heater fan worked but not the heat. Had to use the hot water from the shower to heat the room.

We had to change the appartement because the 1st had broken furniture and a broken light and weird smell.
The staff was very very helpful and friendly.
We didn't have water for 1hr on one day but the staff was very helpful and fixed it asap

The reception was warm and quite efficient. The room was spacious and had the basic necessities for a comfortable stay. The beautiful view of the golf course from our window was a bonus and so is the ample parking space.

There was no power outlet by the bed. Since I use a CPAP machine, I had to sleep 'the wrong' way (head where the fit was supposed to be), just to have the possibility to operate it while using the power outlet of the television. Very annoying.

Lots of space in the unit. Could use a paint job, but for the price it is very good value. Had enough plates and cutlery. Bring your own paper towels.

My stay at the ResidHotel was very good. Originally I had planned to only stay 5 days, but I extended by another 2 days because it was very convenient for my needs (bike touring the area). The unit I stayed in was clean and well looked after and it was ideal to be on the ground floor to store my bike. If you don't have a car it may be a challenge to get around the local area as it is a fair ways to groceries and the like. It is possible to do on foot as I did it, but I am probably a little more ambitious than most. If you are looking for a relaxing place to stay I would highly recommend this accommodation. Good value for money, clean and tidy and the staff were very accomodating.

The hotel itself is okay and in a quiet area outside all the hassle and Basle of the city. The problem though is that there’s absolutely nowhere to go for a nice walk in the evening at all. There’s not even pedestrian walking path to go for a random 200 yards walk. As for the apartment itself, I would say it’s pleasant but the kitchenette is well dated and needs some redoing. Poor crockery and cutlery supplies too.

Great place for a longer stay near Avignon. Wish had stayed longer. Breakfast was just OK. Pool was wonderful respite. And the showers were a sheer delight after the summer heat. Rooms were spacious and comfortable.

No Wifi! This was a huge downer for us while staying there for 4 nights. We brought it up to the receptionist who simply said,”well it works on my phone.” This needs to be remedied or made clear that the WiFi doesn’t work on this property. The kettle was dirty. The bedspread was wool like scratchy. The mini-dishwasher couldn’t be opened all the way because there was a wall there blocking it. The location is pretty far from the center of Avignon. There is parking but sometimes full so you’d have to wing it and park wherever you find space. The air conditioning doesn’t really work well but it was breezy outside so we opened our windows as it gets stuffy and warm inside. This hotel should be a 2 not 3 star.

Spent 12 consecutive nights here. Street number 220 missing from hotel listing. Hotel is not 1 minute walk from Mediterranean Sea, it is a 1 hour drive. No free newspapers or even papers to buy. Bare minimum in kitchen, no oven. Bring dish soap, toilet paper, tea towel. Strong internet. Quiet 1 bedroom apartment with sofa bed in living room. Pool clean but too cold to swim in May. Must have a car to get here. GPS may have a hard time finding hotel. Lots of shopping within a 10 minute drive. Best supermarket called E. Leclerc 5 minute drive. Easy access to toll highway, or easy drive into Avignon. Quiet safe area bordering on a golf course. Room key fits in a meter in front hallway which allows lights to turn on. No housekeeping. 2 tv's. Spacious unit. Would stay here again if in the area.

This hotel was in a country area on a golf course. We traveled to Avignon and back several times each day with ease. The price was excellent, and although basic facilities, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.
We didn't have the breakfast so can't comment on it.
We recommend this hotel.

The room is very big, nice and quiet. Good internet in room. Good price. The only con is the out of town location that you need a car. The hotel is difficult to find because there is no definite address. Try to type 220 Chemin de la Blanchère 84270 Vedène in your GPS. After that, please try to compare the google map and find the hotel. The key is the small round about. When you find the round about, you find the hotel. The nearest supermarket and dining area is in Le Pontet.

As holiday home owners ourselves, we were impressed by the quality and thought that had gone into these apartments. Sadly, not all holidaymakers take care of their accommodation and there was evidence of their neglect.
Set within a golf course, there are no amenities on site. So shopping, restaurants and anything other than golf are a car ride away. Which means the site is quiet and peaceful. Being so isolated, the gates close at 9.00pm, but guests are provided with a code to open them if they are returning after that time.
Being self-catering, you are responsible for keeping your own apartment clean and tidy - very easy with a tiled floor. We saw a sign saying that a daily cleaner is available at extra cost.
No, it wasn't perfect. But for the price, we didn't expect someone to be peeling grapes for us. We loved it and if we were the kind of people who returned to the same area more than once, we'd certainly book again.

This hotel is located next to a golf course in a rural area close to Avignon with access through a very nice road lined with big, old trees. Landscaping was around the hotel was very beautiful. Staff was very polite and helpful. The suites were very spacious and clean except for some need of Clorox in the shower. Breakfast was not included, but we did not try it, as we dined with friends.

Good location but difficult to find! You definitely need a car or motorbike as there is no public transport. Huge shopping centre (Avignon Nord) only ten minutes away.

I had spacious apartment with a huge balcony overlooking the golf course. Room was clean but the furniture is a little dated/tired. If you are looking for five star accommodation then this isn't it but it's not bad overall.
The hotel grounds were clean and tidy. The swimming pool is not heated but it was still warm enough to swim in September.
The Wifi signal in the room was too weak to get a connection but there is a data cable point in the room and this worked perfectly but you have to pay for it (you need your own cable).
The reception staff were helpful and polite and spoke English.

Got in late. Desk clerk had left us card keys for two rooms. One room not made up and could not stay in. Second Room was adequate, so all three of us slept there. Not a great experience. In the morning, desk clerk was surly and uncooperative, but finally relented and only charged for one room.

Cleanliness was OK, but could have been better. Equipment in room was old, cracks in the plaster on the ceiling. Beds were not very comfortable. Staff was not helpful with anything. A lot of little things that added up. Did not try the pool.
