We had a very nice stay at Marina Suites. Great pool area, great room facilities and friendly staff. I would recommend this place to everyone staying in Puerto Rico.

Worth staying, absolutely amazing

It was great location plenty for families to do and the staff and food was excellent too. Can’t fault it.

Love the location of the hotel, especially the pool area. Our suite was very comfortable. Love the view overlooking the pool and the ocean. Breakfast was with lots of variety and very fresh. Service throughout was very friendly and helpful and attentive. We were able to find free parking on the street without too much trouble. Charge 11 euros to park in the lot with the hotel. Lots of excellent restaurants and bars close by. would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Lovely place, amazing staff

We had such a great time at this hotel. The infinity pool was a bliss, the room huge and the staff very kind. The breakfast was quite good although we had better quality ones.

Fab hotel BUT... adress is in Mogan... so i was rhinking i was to stay there... but it is in puerto Rico and hotel is pretty far walking distance to things. A thing to concider id you dont know the island and as me was just there for one night. but fab hotel!!

The staff was extremely welcoming and informative. We got there early and we’re able to accommodate us. The hotel itself was gorgeous and extremely clean.

Beautifull place, friendly and helpfull staff. The view from our room was amazing and the area in the harbour was cozy and quiet.

A lovely property in an excellent location. Managing Covid restrictions very well. Fantastic room with views over the pool, sea and harbour. We will return!

Stylish hotel with excellent suites and really comfy beds. Breakfast was good and we opted to have dinner in the hotel one evening as they were doing a bbq, which was tasty. We were hugely disappointed by the temperature of the pool though. It’s the main reason we chose the hotel but it was freezing so we didn’t go for one swim the whole holiday. I have a one year old and even the child’s pool was unheated. We mentioned it to three members of staff, who all insisted the pools were ‘warm’ and ‘heated’. They were definitely not, illustrated by the fact that barely anyone ventured in.

Nice modern hotel, good breakfast and wifi. Infinity pool was great and the hotel is well themed. Not having any discount on the parking qas disappointing .

Views and pool

As always a lovely stay. We vacationed in the Marina Suites preCovid two times before. Although covid meant a few facilities were closed or needed to be booked in advance, the hotel made us feel very safe and the staff was as always very friendly and helpful.

Everything was up to speed. The pool area, breakfast room were very impressive. I was a little uncomfortable about the height of the room/ balcony and would ask for a room on a lower floor another time. The entertainment was good with Paella lunch and BBQ flamenco evening etc. Had a problem getting hand soap!!

Hotel was amazing, room size really good and great to have a kitchenette which was extremely well equipped.Try the restaurant, best food in the area hands down!!The resort of Puerto Rico itself left a lot to be desired though IMO..but the hotel made it all worthwhile!

We stayed on a sixth floor suite with marina view. The rooms are very spacious and spotlessly clean. There is a nice balcony where you can sit out and get the sunset. We did B &B and the breakfast was very good with a good choice of breads, cereals, cheeses, meats, omelette soups and the hot food. The staff are super friendly. We had dinner one evening in El Portal and it was delicious. I would highly recommend the Marina Suites and hope to return again on my next visit to Puerto Rico.

Good location friendly staff . Didn’t like bed blocking and beds to close together.

It was not our first stay in Marina Suites, we keep returning here as we know that the atmosphere, equipment and comfort of the hotel will make our stay an enjoyable holidays in sun. We only missed the half-board option offered on our earlier stays in Marina Suites.

Great standard of property and service. Slightly quieter part of town

Everything from the moment we arrived until we left was fantastic. The hotel was comfortable, relaxing and welcoming at all times. The staff went above abd beyond in every situation. 5 star services all round

The suites were very comfortable and homely. The kitchen was fully equipped with pots, and, crockery etc. The rooms and communal areas of the hotel were spotless.

I could not fault the property at all except for the kitchen facilities which just were not adequate for a self catering apartment. Only two jobs both of which took half an hour to bring water to the boil and no spatulas for the frying pan or even a wooden spoon. Had to eat out much more than I had anticipated because of this.

Superb staff. Great facilities and very good food. Perfect for what we wanted. Would have eaten in more often if general restaurant open in the evenings. However, understand that most people want to eat out-

Staff are extremely professional and friendly. The interior decoration of both rooms and hotel has been given a lot of thought. Our room furnishings weres crisp and clean as if brand new and alot of investment in the marine theme throughout tte property which gave it a pleasant ambience. A very well managed property with great staff and amazing sea views.

The hotel is in a good location and beautifully designed. We had a problem regarding money being potentially stolen from our room, however, our problem was quickly attended and solved at the reception desk. Overall would recommend this hotel.

Overall a great 4 star hotel. Very little we did not like. Recommerndations to management: I suggest to reduce the size of adult only area for the benefit of other hotel guests who are a little cramped in the pool area. Use more of the space near kids club- make a small pool for them in that area? Remove the cactus near kids club.

Just totally and utterly the best hotel we have stayed in, couldn't fault it

Stayed recently and overall would recommend the hotel. We were in a ground floor room and outside our patio was a gazebo with mattresses. Unfortunately after the first evening we found cigarette ash over the towels and mattresses due to someone smoking on the upper floors. This happened a further couple of times despite informing the hotel and changing our towels. Apart from this the hotel was very good. It was in a good location the pool area was really nice. We were half board and the evening meals were good with generally a buffet for your starter and a cooked main from several choices of meat or fish. We did eat lunch there once but we were not impressed. The service was slow and they didn't seem to have enough staff on. This was similar to breakfast. The breakfast was very good but they didn't replace quick enough the trays of food that had run out. All in all a very good holiday.
