I reserved a king bed, with sofa bed and a view. When I got into my room it was two beds and a view of a wall outside on the parking lot. I called the front desk and told him what I reserved to which he informed me they didn't have what I reserved available. He then said "Oh wait...I do have one king with a view left." I kinda thought "Yea! Because that's for ME!" LOL! Anyway, he took care of it for me and I got the room I reserved originally, which was very nice, clean and comfy. The "view" was simply of the swimming pool, but that was better than some wall outside in the parking lot. Overally, it was great and I appreciate the front desk getting me taken care of.

We had an extremely hard couple of days cleaning up after hurricane. This hotel was very comfortable and clean. The free breakfast buffet changed each day we were there and was very good. The hotel helped us re-energize for the next days work.

Front staff was friendly and quick to get me into a room. Breakfast buffet was wonderful, plenty of great options along with good coffee!
Bed was a bit more stiff to my liking and the shower was a bit odd. Bathroom was small.
All in all it was a decent stay. Clean, fresh and convenient.

Rose was super nice at check-in! We stayed a few nights and the property is very nice and the breakfast was delicious. I loved the outside area with the pool and other activities. This is the perfect place to stay if you need a few nights by the airport.

Very racist , heard it from the locals mouth from multiple all colors. Water that came from sinks and tubs were sour and sewer smelling. Other than that had a blast loved it there

Hyatt is always the place we choose. At this particular Hyatt, we had an issue with our room and the Manager, Rose, immediately upgraded our accommodations and apologized for any inconvenience. That’s why we always choose Hyatt! Their customer service is unmatched!

The Staff was AMAZING!!! From the Manager Rose, Peter, and Gabby went above and beyond on every question or inquiry asked!
I was traveling alone and not in the mind frame for picking from so great restaurant choices. The two meals I ate out Peter kindly took his time to suggest for both dinners and he slammed it out of the park for my tastes and enjoyment. Both Peter and Gabby took their time for additional services that they did not need to.

Like breakfast. One think didnt like was that Inhad a plate ftom breafast in the room and even they went fixed bed, picked up trash etc, they never took the plate. Idk why. Overall i loved it

Easy check in with friendly staff. Lots of options for things I did not expect. The shower door was only 1/2 a door. I did not like that door. I have no idea why you would only have 1/2 a door. Everything else was wonderful.
