When we checked in, an additional $109 was charged to my credit card. I was unaware of this additional charge after the full payment with Hotels.com
We were also told by the resort that we would receive a Visa card if we did their timeshare spill, that turned out not to be the truth. The Gift Card is mailed to you within 2-3 weeks. Ok for us, as we weren’t counting on it when we got there. But was still misleading.

We had a wonderful stay. It was the getaway we needed. Nice quiet area, super friendly staff, pool, hot tub & water slide were greatly enjoyed. Comfortable bed, beautiful, relaxing views from back patio with comfortable seating. Smores were served & hot cocoa! Game room tons of fun! Only needed a little convenience store but that was only .5 miles away. Do wish they had elevator or ramp to upper level.

The check was great, allowed to check in early. Person was friendly. We're required to speak with the concierge for a parking pass which was really a sales pitch to participate in a 2 hour meeting to join the club. The facility was under construction which was not stated when booking. We were told there was ice in our unit, there was not and the bucket was dirty. We were told smoking was only allowed in the grilling area yet there was no receptacle for butts or garbage. There was not a lot of useful information from the staff or on their website. The place was quite and otherwise comfortable.

The facility was wondeful and our accomodations fantastic. There were a couple issues with things not working but both were resolved quickly. The only change I would make when we book again is to secure a handicap room. It was my call to try a normal room, but the bathroom would have been easier to navigate if I had requested a handicap room. BUT everything was wonderful.

we arrived in the late afternoon on 11/05, and we were greeted immediately. The registration was easy and quick. The agents were very pleasant and helpful. A great visit that we will definitely consider again.

Previous reviews mentioned construction & renovations that were still going on. It never really inconvenienced us though. We really enjoyed our stay. Our villa was just the right size, kitchen well appointed and the bathroom was great. One minor complaint...couch was very uncomfortable. Still, it was a wonderful stay and we would definitely book the villa again!

This resort is truly the best! The staff is amazing, super friendly and willing to help in anyway. The property is in great condition and my family loves the pool and waterslide. It is conveniently located to many nearby attractions.

We enjoyed our visit. The facilities were very nice and well maintained. The area was very peaseful and not noisey from traffic as its away from the main hustle of Branson. We will definetly revisit.

The space was amazing and we were all very comfortable. My friend on a special diet truly appreciated having the full kitchen. We were a little surprised at how thin the walls were. We were able to hear a baby crying in another room as if they were in our suite.

Away from traffic. Beautifully furnished unit. The property is lovely - well-maintained with large green spaces. Nice fitness center. Spacious pool area. Most comfortable bed we have ever slept on. Very nice staff. We hope to be back!

The property was beautiful and our 2 bedroom living area was very nice. The fireplace in the living room and bedroom were a nice touch. The weather was perfect to sit on the balcony to eat our meals and over look the nice area. The hot tub and pool area is great.

It was an OK stay, but with poor follow through. I was refused a paper statement upon checkout and told it would be sent to my email. A week later I am still waiting for their follow through. I like a statement upon checkout to check the accuracy of the charges. Absolutely no food service, or even a pantry, on the property. Confusing signage.

This place was amazing. Very kind staff, villas were spacious and so clean. It was so quiet and peaceful. Will def stay again when we come back to Branson.

This was a great place to stay for our quick trip to see Queen Esther. We are already planning a longer stay at this property in September of next year when we come to see King David at the Sight and Sound Theater. We had a 1 bedroom villa with a full kitchen. The property exceeded our expectations.

I loved the pool area and staff was friendly. Our room had a washer and dryer which was very convenient, but the dryer did not work. Also, the shampoo and conditioner in the shower were empty. We only stayed one night so we opted to not pack those things since we knew they would be in the room. Overall, we will return very family friendly. The two things in the room could have been fixed I am sure by calling down to the front desk it was just such a short stay.

The room didn’t look like the picture of what I booked but it was nice. The bathroom lighting wasn’t very bright so it was hard to put on my make up. A full length mirror would have been nice. Overall I was pleased with the condo.

Hotel was better than advertised. It was just a couple minutes off the main area, so you had all the conveniences and attractions close by. We had a kitchen, bedroom, washer/dryer...everything we needed. Area was updated and modern. Staff greeted us every time we walked in the lobby. Pool area was perfect for the kids and the included escape room was a lot of fun. The only downside for us was that our hotel area was just far enough that it wouldn't have been easy to walk to the pool so we drove. That wasn't an issue for other hotel areas. If we come back to Branson, we will absolutely stay here again.

I was extremely surprised when we arrived at the property, based on the pictures, I expected more of a resort atmosphere. Instead, I felt like an apartment complex.
It felt old and a bit run down. Our room was nice, but again, older. We had a patio with chairs, but the view was of power lines.
The “resort” had a pool and gym, but no food, drinks, etc.
The kicker was when I went to take a bath in the big tub and found a bunch of hair. Yuck!
It appears they are remodeling, so hopefully it’ll improve in the future.
