Our stay at Insolito was truly an unforgettable experience thanks to the incredible staff. The property itself is intimate and gorgeous with an impressive restaurant. Our group felt cared for from the moment we arrived until the moment we checked out. We cannot wait to return.

This is a 5 star hotel and spa! ALL WAS TOP! Highly recommended if you like leisure, relaxation and luxury, this is the place.

Amazing hotel with absolutely incredible views of the ocean. The staff were absolutely fantastic. Very friendly, accommodating, and provided excellent service. The food and drinks were also excellent!

Great stay - wonderful staff and beautiful views! Pools and private beach were A . Daily breakfast was also amazing — location is stunning, and short Uber ride to the center. Only thing I disliked was that it was next to a beach club - which blasted music until midnight daily. Besides that it was a perfect 10! Thanks Robson and Team for being awesome

This is one hotel where I would give more stars if I had the option. Made a reservation based on reviews and pictures…you know how that works out sometimes. Wow!!! Is the word that came out when we walked on to the property. The warm welcome from Robson, Marco and Rafael upon arrival. The feeling of Wow! was exemplified through our stay. The manager is an asset to the property, the staff is friendly, the property is clean, the breakfast is Fantastic, the pools and the area around the pool is well kept, soothing music plays all day. The hotel feels like an intimate resort. Massage room looked great although we did not use it. The view from the hotel is incredible. Walks on the beach late at night felt safe.
We came for two nights and stayed for three.
Buzios is lovely and our stay at this hotel took up the whole experience several notches.
You all are doing a great job at the hotel…keep it up.

At the insolito hotel, besides his beautiful building, the staff is tbe best part. Everyone were amazing. I felt like a king. Thank you very much.

This is a beautiful property with an exceptional staff. There are multiple pools that provide you with different experiences. The beach is accessible and beautiful. You will need a car but you can also spend your time at the hotel as the restaurant was amazing. Highly recommend staying as you will be treated exceptionally well.

From check-in welcome to check-out and departure all staff were helpful and made us welcome. Room was spacious bathroom too, and the facilities and service excellent. it felt like a private resort by the beach with beautiful views. Cant recommend highly enough. A beautiful stay

The lack of some of the stuff in the restaurant to speak and understanding English. I realize most of the clients being either Brazilians or Spanish speaking there were some others were only able English.

Lovely staff and amazing food. The bar stayed open for a few more moments so we could have another drink and the property is gorgeous!
Our check in was delayed (to the most expensive suite..!) and the door to the room got stuck. We got locked out with our electronic bracelets before.. nothing major, but a bit of a shame

Beautiful and Cozy hotel with a great location in Búzios ! My accommodation was absolutely amazing with a incredible water view …Food at the restaurant is great and the staff members are the best !!

I have spent 2 days in the hotel for my wife birthday. The main reasons to choose it were the availability of warm pool and sauna. Those itens were in good conditions and working properly while we were there. The room is very comfortable and beautiful, and there is a parking place to let the car.

Loved our stay at this hotel! Beautiful hotel and surroundings. We stayed for our honeymoon and they upgraded our room. :-) the staff here are so friendly too and they cannot do enough for you. Would definitely recommend.
