Hotels.com advertised with access to the spa, but it was closed because of season (July). No one said anything about what the “right” season was… The hotel itself was ok, a little warned down. The pool was very nice. The staff in the reception couldn’t answer on when exactly the restaurant opened, that’s a little furious when traveling with small kids.

This hotel was very clean, class and the staff was very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast is delicious. The pool Is very pleasant. In the evening we had a delicious dinner by the pool. Lovely stay!

The hotel is nice. Rooms are clean and functional, and the bed is comfortable. Hotel staff are courteous and friendly and we found breakfast to be quite good. What we did not like was the location. If you go to Milan as a tourist don't stay here; it's far from the city and you will spend time and money getting there and back. In speaking with the hotel staff, we are not the first ones to book Litta Palace thinking it's a 6-minute drive to the city center as Expedia indicates, when actually their reference is to a suburban shopping center called 'IL Centro' and we incorrectly interpreted that to mean Milan's city center. To get to the Duomo you have to get a ride from the hotel van (at 15 Euro) to take you to the nearest subway station at Rho Fieramilano (10-15 min ride), then take a subway on the red line to Duomo which is 15(!) stations away. Again, this hotel is nice but not for Milan tourists. Expedia needs to do a better job of making this more clear.

Professional and attentive staff. Everything is simply perfect. Luxury and elegance are an extra touch.

Property does not have convenient transport. Airport shuttle information is not correct and when contacted they have responded very late.

The staff was very friendly and the location was closer to our airport. This hotel was our last hotel in a long ten days of travel and it was just perfect!

Restaurant was shut and there are not many options around hotel to dine at, unless you drive. As the restaurant was shut not even the room service was available. There is a nice selection of toiletries but everything is in plastic packaging. The most shocking are tissues that are pack in sets of 4 all in separate plastic bag. As for VIP we got 10 Euros off for our drinks hardly a VIP experience.

This is a very well maintained property. Staff are pleasant and out going.

Both outdoor and indoor pools were open and I used both. Staff was wonderful in taking time to provide directions and information. A bus stops right in front of the hotel (actually a one minute walk) that connects to the Milan subway system doe for 2.2 Europs you can buy a one day pass or for 7 Euros a full day pass. The bus ran perfectly on schedule so from the hotel to Duomo Cathedral took 40 minutes. David Eisenberg, San Francisco, Ca.

Very nice, well kept hotel, most staff were friendly and responded to our needs. Breakfast was fantastic each morning, apart from the breakfast packs that we were given on our last day were awful 3 x mouldy bananas some long life dried bread in packets, some warm yoghurts and some jam. I also do not recommend staying in this hotel with a family for more than 2 nights because there is hardly any storage in the family room (2 small drawers and half a wardrobe). Overall, great hotel for someone visiting on their own or to stay for a couple of nights.

this hotel is beautiful, nice pool, excellent service, room was also big and comfy and bathroom was beautiful. Very good breakfast. Free parking outside. Close by walking distance supermarket store, sushi place .

Staff at check in was very friendly. Room was nice and clean and breakfast was also very nice and enoigh options to satisfy a hungry stomach. Check out was as quick as dropping off key card.

I loved my stay here. I was just here for a couple of days between business trips and it was a perfect getaway to have lunch outside, use their small but efficient gym, and lay by the pool.

Beautiful hotel with a beautiful outdoor area (pool, patio etc). Check-in was a breeze and the desk staff were great. Room was big, comfortable, and clean. Underground garage parking was super easy with big spots (helpful since we were given a bigger rental car than we wanted, for smaller Italian streets and parking lots). We only stayed one night due to an early flight out of MXP the next morning but it was a gem! Would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast is poor. No vegetable. Staff are always chatting by themselves.

Friendly staff and clean rooms. Only complaint is the Gym needs a bit of TLC - machines are quite old, and also the internet could be faster.

My car was broken and robbed completely. Hotel staff did not warn of the danger, did not call the police, did not advise to park in the garage, although this area is obviously insecure because of organized criminality. No warnings, no help from the hotel staff, no camera recordings were provided, although we had lost EVERYTHING! All german guests must be WARNED to come there! The area of hotel Litta Palace is NOT SECURE!!! Hotel Litta Palace staff and Carabinieri are NOT warning and not helping!!!

Great connecting rooms, friendly staff, wonderful pool and breakfast. Great for an overnight stay on our way to the south.

Perfect location for a stay while traveling towards south. The pool is nice for cooling down after a day in the car and the rooms clean and luxury. Some restaurants are on walking distance if you don’t want to eat in the hotel and the breakfast tasteful and various. I won’t doubt if I’m traveling the same route again

Pool is exclusive for 35€/h, no water heater and coffee machine in the room. The page (really nice and best experience of the stay) brought us a water heater, 2 cups and went for us to kitchen to bring us a bit of tea and sugar. As said the page turned me a bit more positive after a overpriced stay. For the price paid I expected a proper spa evening
