Was a perfect place for us to stay in Ravenna prior to our cruise. Was a 10-12 minute walk from the train station. Very friendly and room was exactly what we needed for a family of 4.

When I checked out next morning I alerted them not to put anyone in our room today since there are ants on the bed and ants all over the floor. I sat on the sofa in the reception waiting to leave and there were two ants, obviously they crawled off me. They simply said OK, no apology or offer of compensation. I should have suspected something as there was an odd sweet smell in the room, probably bug killer, but we were pretty tired and went straight to sleep. The room should never have been given out. The room is smaller than a cabin on a ship, the tiny shower is nevertheless slippery. The mattress is the type you get with a sofa bed. The hotel otherwise seems clean.

Great stay and location for the night before our cruise. Room was clean and comfortable for my family of four. Breakfast was good as well. Appreciate the hotel sending an email a couple of months before our stay to encourage prebooking our ride to the port, as taxis and uber are scarce those morning's. Approximately a 10 minute walk to the train station, us maybe closer to 15 because of all our luggage.

We stayed here before our cruise out of Ravenna. Room is small, but good for a night. They had breakfast that was included with rooms. The only complaint about breakfast was they didn’t restock anything when it was low. The hotel was walking distance to the train station so very convenient since the taxi service was on strike. I would recommend this hotel for a short stay.

Stayed one night before leaving on our cruise. Hotel is only about a ten minute walk from the train station. Clean and nice hotel with a fantastic breakfast. Staff was great as well. Definitely would recommend and stay again.

Small business hotel on Ravenna's ring road, close to the city center. Something totally disrespectful (and frankly cheap) that happened in our stay was that we were forced by one employee to have breakfast in the breakfast area, as you are not allowed to pick op a couple of croissants and have them on the go if you are in a hurry... never seen something like this.

The hotel is in close proximity to the train station. Our room was small but comfortable, It's relatively new and clean, the bathroom has a nice shower and a bidet.. The common areas are well lit and tidy. The breakfast was unexpectedly good with a lot of choices. The front desk staff were quite helpful and accommodating despite the language barrier. They did their best to tell us our way around Ravenna and helped us arrange for our transportation to the cruise port. I highly recommend the place.

We were told property is across from train station which it is NOT. Breakfast was fine except to sit outside on the patio i had to bring my breakfast through the lobby. Some door alarm went off in the middle of the night..i asked and was told thats common, and the bed was hard as a rock. Overall okay for 1 night

One week error in reservation date. When we showed up a week earlier than reservation, they were full, so couldn’t stay there. They had a whole week to find someone else to use the reservation we would never be able to use, but refused to give us a refund. They probably “double dipped” and booked the room we paid for, but couldn’t use.

Lovely stay, best hotel room of my trip. Was given an upgrade and given a family room in the attic floor of the hotel. The room was so well designed to make good use of the space available. Nice big bathroom with excellent shower. Bed was very comfortable, room was super clean.
Air conditioning worked very effectively, which is important in hot summer months.

Comfortable rooms, great breakfasts (at extra cost but reasonable). A little outside of the centre, but able bodied people could walk in 10 minutes. I use a cane and taxis, which were very reasonable and quick. The staff were extremely helpful, Fred's restaurant across the street is excellent. Prices for the rooms are very reasonable as well.

Air conditioning did not work. Staff could not get us a taxi to the cruise port although they tried.

Good parking and excellent breakfast, but rooms are like saunas, AC on coldest does nothing for it, and if you open the window for cool air you hear the banging noise of the building façade. Could barely sleep here in November, can only imagine how hot it gets in the summer.

Convenient for train station and walking the city. Wonderful piadina place down the street, and friendly staff. Went out of their way to bring out a table at night so I could sit outside. Great breakfast. Beautiful town.

Peaceful and clean hotel a short distance from the beach. Check-in was a breeze. Plenty of free parking with huge auxiliary lot next to hotel. Bottled water provided in the room fridge for a modest 1€. Great free breakfast buffet and I must stress it was healthy fresh and 100% included with your nights stay. The owner really thought out the needs of the guests.
My wife is Italian and I am American, we both agree this will be our go-to hotel anytime we go see a show at Hana-Bi.
