Мне очень понравилось отношение персонала особенно Алена очень отзывчивый и профессиональный человек! Были некоторые вопросы до поездки я позвонила и Алена с удовольствием помогла мне а потом познакомились в гостинице и мое впечатление только подтвердились!

Не было того чтобы не понравилось!

המלון מעוצב יפה עם הרבה פינות ישיבה. ממוקם טוב מול חוף ציבורי. שדרגו לנו את החדר כי הזמנו מבוקינג והחדר היה גדול ונקי. ארוחת הבוקר מגוונת. בסך הכל אווירה נעימה במלון.

בשבת מקבלים את החדר מאוחר וזה לא מצוין בבוקינג. ארוחת הערב בשבת הייתה מתחת לכל ביקורת. לא ניקו ופינו מגבות באזורי הבריכות בשבת אחר הצהריים. המתקנים לא מספיק מתוחזקים, השירותים באזור הספא מיושנים.

Beautiful rooms with window views of the Dead Sea. Right across the road from the main beach that we wanted to go to. The breakfast was AMAZING! The check in people were kind and helpful. The faciliites had lots of options.

We came on Saturday and so it took longer to get into our room because of the Shabbat holiday. The staff was very kind and did everything they could to help us feel comfortable. We would go there again for sure!

Не была чиста и в номере не убрали у нас Балкон грязный и вода в душе на улице текла все время Все время детские крики хотя гостинца +18 Не была комфортно и во дворе кричали до поздно Еда обычная не был такой выбор и не так вкусно Салаты и нарезки одни и те же утром и вечером Хлеб утром свежий а вечером то что осталось с утра Чувствовали как будто все была приготовлено для работников по минимуму К еды подавали только воду и даже чтобы купил не была там ничего Короче такая цена была думали будет круто А чувства как будто попали в общежитии

Room and Food are the greatest WE've ever seen. We also like mirror's walls in a bathroom. And very pleased with a boxes of chocolate and bottles of water delivered twice to our room. We like night entertainment, especially Bossa-Nova trio, provided by high level musicians.

Actually, not too much that we didn't like in Oasis.

Parking is challenging. We did find last parking spot in the lot. Too many cats roaming about!

1. They forgot to give soap after cleaning the room. Needless to say it’s VERY uncomfortable to find out after doing the loo. 2. Asked for 2 single beds IN ADVANCE SEVERAL TIMES (traveled with my mom), ended up having one. They did separate to make it two, but there was no place to move them to (only under the dangling lamps, which was very uncomfortable) 3. Check-in was VERY long. The booking.com app sain my price included VAT, the receptionist said it didn’t. 4. Cigarette smell on the floor where the rooms are. All the time (bearing in mind it’s a non-smoking hotel). 5. Had to hunt for beds/chairs at the pool. Way more guests than chairs/beds. Or it’s that people occupy the place, put their hat on it and just leave.

This hotel is more for pensioners and not anyone younger than that age range. Bus load of pensioners arrived non stop and there was no feel of anything fun. the check in process was disastrous even though I had pre checked in to get my room key was traumatic. People pushing in front and elderly people screaming because they were waiting for so long. no system in place to make that less exhausting. The elderly people had taken over the spa area as it had water from the Dead Sea so stayed at the pool. The area isn’t as nice as it shows in pictures. The dinner was so disappointing we went at 8pm and the servers were running around us to just clean the place and the food was so cold and awful. Breakfast was a nicer experience compared to dinner. There was nothing to do after dinner but there is a whole area where you can get food so don’t worry about eating dinner at the hotel. I was very disappointed in the experience here and would not recommend to anyone under the age of 50.

Food was great, spa is nice, swimming pool is sweet, close to the dead sea. Lobby with a nice style

Receptionists are not nice, not helpful and rude. The air conditioning wasnt working in our room so there was 30 degrees in the room and the technician didnt do anything and said it worked. It took for them hours until we got a new room and a lot of anger which made our stay less pleasent. I must say there was only one lady who tried to help us and in the end gave us a new room. The swimming pool is not open until later hours which is bad. When we were there a big group of loud, noise and trouble makers were there who ate in the pool, left a lot of garbage, put loud music and bothered the guests. The life guard and other staff did not handle it well and didnt do with it anything. Our stay wasnt as calm as we expected to be.

Amazing place with beautiful rooms!

The spa and room were always clean. The breakfast was delicious with a lot of choices. The staff was friendly and helpful. I am very grateful to Alena. She is a "TEN"!

we absolutely loved the staff from the SPA: Yulia, Nastia, Alina always provide best possible service. also huge bonuses are pool and free parking

I’d recommend to pay attention to requests like twin beds, had to ask few time for at least having 2 blankets.

Its nice but really overpriced. You can find much better options for this price.
