My vip booking included free drinks, however they did not honor that offer. So much for vip service

Front desk staff could speak English, they were very friendly, stored our luggage for free after checking out. Very clean hotel and good breakfast.

Firstly, the staff are amazing and super nice. Everything was great about the room itself except that there were quite a few ants crawling around and I had to use scented oils to keep them at bay while I was sleeping at night, otherwise they would bite me. The breakfast buffet was really good and the location of the hotel is also very convenient.

I feel like the room as the price. I did not like it overall like plastic, but the breakfast was delicious.

We had a flight very early so they opened up the breakfast room for us at 3 am in the morning. And they were verg helpful with taxi services when there was no uber available that early in the morning.. The room is very clean and the room service very friendly. The Pizza in the hotel is very delicious, but make sure you order a small one when you are not completely starving because they are big :D (we didn’t make the whole one unfortunately) I would come back definitely!

We checked in at 5 am, because we wanted to make a quick stop because we still had a 6 hours drive before getting back home. We just wanted to sleep for a few hours. I had stayed in this same hotel 7 years ago, back then it looked much nicer, they haven’t really upgraded the rooms, the were remodeling the lobby when we were there and I remember the breakfast being a lot better last time. I was hoping that they let up do a late check out at 1pm but they didn’t. If I need to say the night in Foz de Iguazu again, I will not be choosing this hotel when there are so many that I think are much better.

Stayed here for two nights to explore the Iguazu Falls. The hotel is a good location as a base with restaurants, shopping and s grocery store all nearby. The outstanding thing about this property is the staff. The went above and beyond to assist us and make sure we had a good stay. They even made phone calls on our behalf in Portuguese after our visa card was cancelled until they could get an English speaking representative. The hotel itself is good, clean and well maintained. Beds and pillows were comfortable and the room was clean. There is a nice rooftop pool which was also clean.

Decent hotel to stay and visit Iguassu falls. Rooms were clean and they have a decent breakfast selection. Pros: Price, staff, room cleanliness and breakfast. Cons: We had a triple room but the size of the room was really small. We had three beds but no space to keep three bags (not big ones) and move around. We kept the bags between beds and managed. Our friends booked a similar room and their room was bigger. So, do check the room at check-in. We stayed in room 104 or 105 and the other room was in 4th floor. Other issue with ground floor was the hallway noise. Rooms 100s are between the reception and elevator - so there is a constant noise until 11pm or midnight.

The hotel was in a good location with a little shop for snacks right next door. They were great with recommendations and a local restaurant they sent us to was great for both food and atmosphere! They even helped us get a taxi to go shopping in Paraguay and more importantly, to bring us back! Nice roof top area and bartender made a great Caipirinha! You go to this city to see the Falls so you don't need fancy frills to keep you at the hotel all day, but if you wanted a day to relax by the pool, you could do that too. I would stay at this place again.

Functional hotel which served its purpose for a one night stop in Foz de Iguazu.

Easy to catch the bus to the falls and the dam. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of food.

Operates on functionality and it succeeded in providing just that, the necessary functionality in a clean environment. The rooms were tidy and well maintained. Hotel staff was great. I would definitely stay here again.

I stayed for 5 night in Del Rey. I came for visit form the States. the hotel overall is good, very clean,and the breakfast was very good as well. However, the room doesn't have enough space. We(my parents and I) stayed in one room and this was the worst decision. The room lighting were really bad and dim.

Excellent location next to bus terminal.Superb service with clean facility and room condition.Pool bar on roof top is perfect to chill and night view of the city.Brazilian BBQ nearby the hotel is cheap and traditional with good quality.Can also walk 10 mins to a huge supermarket with everything.Definitely worth staying!!!!

Nice hotel, good transport to the falls, there seemed to be lots of young families staying so it was a little noisy at times. But overall a decent stay.

Low end hotel, nice staff. Problems with water pressure and toilet.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was pleasant and understood english. The made up towels reminded me of being on a cruise.

There are more pros than cons. To keep it short here it is: Pros: - Cheap - Good location - Bus to the falls/airport across the motel (bus 120 and bus national park, 6.20 br.) - Excellent breakfast buffet, lots of variety. - Rooms are basic but clean. - English speaking helpful front desk. - Decent restaurants around the motel. - Good fast fairly priced laundry service. Cons: - Very slow internet in the room (much faster in the breakfast restaurant and lobby) - You can have a good night sleep only from about 11pm to 6 am, unfortunately the walls and doors are not insulated ,when any body walks talks on the hallway you would think they're in your room. Conclusion: If you can function with 7hr of sleep this is the best bang for your $

It was a pleasant stay, nice location, rooms were ok. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The only minor concern was the AC in the room was not well placed, but not a major one. It blew straight into the bed.

Super conveniently located, walking distance to buses, major grocery store, shops and restaurants. Rooms cozy but functional and comfortable. Staff notable for being friendly and helpful. I used the on-site guides for my Iguazu trip and everything went great, it was truly lifetime highlight. If I come again, I'll stay here again.

Very well located, clean large rooms, would definitely recommend. The only downside was a slightly dated bathroom.
