Beautifully decorated room with fabulous views of the harbour. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The bathroom floor was heated! The hotel is on the boardwalk with all the best restaurants & within walking distance of trains, buses, boats, museums. Very pretty city! I wish to highly recommend the Thon Hotel Tonsberg Brygge. 10/10.

Location of the hotel is excellent, you do not get more in the centre of town or next to the harbour. All in all the hotel is okay.......
......but it is on top of the road, with locals driving around all night with loud cars and stereos full-on. Certain rooms (possibly not all, but ours were) will unlikely provide you with rest.

The location is ideal, very close to the train station and the center, and right onto the water. The hotel is very clean and modern inside, the common areas are very spacious and inviting. The breakfast buffet was exceptionnal, the staff extremely friendly and available.

Lovely staff and services in a really nice location. Clean and quiet rooms and a good variety of breakfast options. I'll be back when I'm next in Tonsberg

No restaurant for lunch or evening meals was disappointing.
No English TV channels other then the news.
Need a log in for Netflix.

Very noisy parking lot outside. Couldn't sleep until 2am. Room was too warm and couldn't be cooled.

The heater system is placed behind curtains, and due that heating the room gets weakly
