It’s was my fourth time in St Tropez, and fourth time at Kube, next year I will undoubtedly choose this amazing hotel again, they have the most spectacular pool, the best concierge ever, the service is really amazing, the food, the location, everything is just perfect in this place. I don't know how this place got its' rating but at best it's a 3 star motel-type accommodations. Very basic room with ugly tile floors and super basic furniture. Not nice views.

Breakfasts are poor for a hotel of this standing. Often empty of food within 30 mins of ending.

They had a shuttle service to city center which was really nice service

Oh my god i don't know where to start, first of all our room was literally next to the kitchen, like they improvise a room in a closet or so. At the room the shower was clogged so the water wont run, but the worst of all: we got ROBBED ! We left a do not disturb sign during all of our stay, and when doing the checkout we noticed that we were missing money from both of our wallets ( my husbands & mine) i reported this to the front desk and they told me that they would investigate about this and call me back. Six days and six calls later i haven’t received a single call from them nor a resolution.

I would not recommend staying at this property. To start off our stay, we arrived at 4pm but the room wasn’t ready until 520pm. They said we could wait in the pool area and so we did and ordered a drink. After an hour , I checked back on the drink order to find out that the drink order was forgotten about. They said they would make another one right away. After waiting another 15 min, I told them to just forget about the order because I wasn’t going to wait around for it. The room itself was stifling so we put the airconditioning very high but the room did not cool down very fast even after 24 hours . This was very annoying considering we stayed at many hotels in the French Riviera the weeks before and after the stay at the kube where the airconditioning was perfect . Furthermore, there were ants in our first room , to which the night staff handed us a bottle of Raid. After midnight, they moved us to a different room due to all of the problems , and guess what ? The new room was a dead spot for wifi, so it was myself and a teenager hanging out in the stairs in order to get wifi. Also, the airconditioning was poorly circulating again. The staff did not hesitate to make excuses for why things were the way they were on the property and we ended up cutting our stay short and stayed only one night as opposed to 4. They offered no refund or dinner or anything for all of our troubles. They did order a free drink which I took as an insult considering everything we went through.

Amazing location, amazing view and one of the best breakfasts I’ve had in a hotel.

I'm really not sure if this counts as a 5 star hotel.

rooms are ordinary at best. airconditioning equipment was faulty and noisy and Problematic. you are paying a 7 star price for a 3.5 star room.

Breakfast - appreciate that things need to be différent due to covid, however it could be much more efficient. Limited selection. Rooms - Ok standard. No mini bar list. Many hotels in St T have complimentary mini bars. Water not left in room - had to ask daily. Had to ask for turn down.

5 stars services all in all perfect holidays in Kube hotel Saint tropez. Staff are all so polite and smiling stephany and Lorraine in reception. Third visit to this amazing place and never get enough yet :)

Everything about the hotel was amazing, staff all went the extra mile. A special thank you to the concierge they are amazing and assisted with every need! I stay at around 25 hotels per year, all 5 star. This was by far in the top 3 service wise I have ever stayed in.

Perfection word is just little for this unique place. Their attention to details for everything! Free luxury BMW car to drop us to Saint tropez center and take us back! Professionals with a smile at the reception welcoming you, full with facilities and happiness even in rooms. At last would love to thank the rooms division manager Mrs Laetitia Morais for her attention to make sure our stay was great.

Absolutely love this place and the staff it was beautiful.

Location is good, 5-10 min drive to the port. The room is spacious and clean. Nice surroundings. Big swimming pool. Good service at front desk and concierge. Will stay again when visiting the same area in the future.

Loved this property. Free shuttle to town which was much closer to downtown Saint Tropez than I originally thought. Great food, service and super friendly staff. Exceeded my expectations.
