Great location and views from our balcony. Unfortunately our toilet leaked off and on during our stay. We were located on the 2nd floor in the hotel that held the spa and we couldn't bear the smell that was being emitted from there to access the foyer and the lifts. We didn't even access this area due to the smell. Breakfast was plentiful and again the views from here were amazing.

Great location, we had a fabulous room with a large balcony overlooking the lake. What let it down was the slow service. Ordering drinks on the patio was very slow and the breakfast buffet was frequently missing items waiting for staff to top up the dishes. During a few days wet weather it was difficult to get a coffee with areas undercover being ‘closed’ and unavailable. No service available on the spa/pool area. Could be a superb hotel due to its perfect location but the standard of service needs to be addressed.

The hotel was excellent. The view spectacular. Of course being within the walls of a midevil castle is just plain fantastic. Restaurants and shopping galore. The lake, the entire experience.

We were met by a very friendly, smiling Receptionist called Nevenka. She took our details and gave us our room keys. On getting to the room we found it to be a double room with a large bed. I had request twin beds. We returned to reception and Nevenka without any fuss arranged for us to have a twin room. The room was again a large room. The hotel is ideally situated within the town walls. You are not allowed to take your vehicle into the town. You park in a designated area outside and are taken by a large golf buggy to your hotel. I would recommend this hotel to other visitors.

Perfect location, easy arrival via ferry from Desenzano. So nice to be in the same building as the spa, staff was friendly.

Sirmione, over shadowed by Como, is a hidden gem, and Hotel Sirmione is the perfect location to explore the peninsula. The staff is very helpful, the bar is perfect for an afternoon aperitif, plus the lobby piano offers much. Book it, you will not be disappointed.

We loved the location and the breakfast! The staff were friendly and responded quickly to our special requests for room temperature controls, extra pillows, and a golf cart reservation to our car. We didn’t love the smell of sulphur in our building and room, and we didn’t try the pool or spa. Maybe if we tried it, we wouldn’t mind as much. The bed was also very hard. We LOVED the location!

Great place to stay, recommend hiring a car so you can see the other villages around Lake Garda. The partial sea view room was OK, a bit noisy as opposite the car park. The staff were really helpful and friendly.

Staff of hotel didn’t respect the guests at all don’t have moral and job ethics!!

The receptionist at the entrance, the waiter in the restaurant, in summary, the employees are very rude and answer your questions like punishing you. The food in the restaurant is incredibly expensive. The location of the hotel is very nice, our room was with a big balcony overlooking the sea, we liked it. But our friends stayed in the standard room, the room is flat and small.

A nice hotel in a good location, friendly staff and a good breakfast. The Spa is excellent. Generally the hotel is a little tired but it still worth a visit.

The staff at the hotel were helpful and arranging the stay and transportation was easy. The spa was wonderful. Our room was large with a generous balcony- really beautiful! Just a few minor things like missing soap and shampoo for the shower but were easily fixed. Good location but busy with lots of tourist activity.

You did not have the option to eat inside for evening dinner, and were forced to eat outside. You were also not allowed to sit on the pier before 12 noon. The very reason we booked this hotel was because we had been here before and had enjoyed our stay. To be honest the majority of the staff including the manager are very rude, unaccomadating, and not for the customer. It is very clear standards have dropped right down. Even the breakfast wasn't up to scratch, and again very rude staff, not even wanting to get you a coffee. This wasn't just felt by us but fellow holiday makers also. We will never stay here again as we feel the hotel has spoilt was should have been a lovely holiday which we had looked forward to all year.

Greeting at the front desk was great. Assisting quickly with the parking issue was amazing. Such great staff. Hotel was immaculate and staff were great.

Excellent location, lovely having a drink by the lake, staff were very helpful, bedroom / shower could be upgraded. Room 15 had a shower inside a very small bath, no room at all, surely these days a walk in shower is a minimum for a 4 star hotel for the money they’re charging. No privacy in bathroom with light on in evenings which overlooked the restaurants, as the window had see through blinds. No tea making facility within the bedroom, however, they did provide a kettle when requested.

Fantastic location and very good service in all areas. Reasonable price for a solo traveller even in high season.
