Excellent location. Staff is amazing. Service outstanding

Beautiful Hotel, with stunning view of the lake from the pool and dinning areas. Staff were happy to help and nothing was too much trouble. My Italian is poor but the staff were all happy to converse in English and made our stay even more relaxed. A beautiful room which included breakfast in the price and their own thermal outdoor pool. A stunning location and can't wait to return and stay again. As a bonus you can travel to Venice door to door in less than 2 hours (Taxi and then high speed train) from the hotel . Ciao Bella!

5 star experience with the pristine pool, sunbeds, lake, gardens, flowers and shrubs. Very well positioned opposite the castle and a short walk to many restaurants and the ferry terminal. Lovely corner prestige junior suite with 2 balconies with great view over the pool and lake. Excellent quiet aircon. Staff very friendly and helpful - just how a 5 star hotel should be. Excellent buffet breakfast with optional table service if required. Eat in or outside in the sun or in the shade - all on the edge of the lake. Very secure and quiet. Very minor negative thoughts - 1)the room and bathroom could benefit from a few more clothes hooks - even though we had a small walk in wardrobe. 2) the sparrows that appear at breakfast time (and everywhere in Sirmione) are cute but become annoying...an electronic bird scarer would be useful. 3) for the money a separate shower and bath should be provided, 4) The next hotel did sometimes have noisy ventillators which could be heard from one of the balconies and 5) a table on the balcony would be a plus point. Overall thoroughly recommended....a bit expensive at £500 a night but we had a great 5 day holiday in the warm/hot sun of Sirmione.

Amazing location for the old town (cafes, restaurants and boat trips around the lake) also amazing views of the lake at the hotel. The thermal pool is a great facility, the food and wines are beautiful. In particular the staff were incredibly friendly and accomodating.

Very courteous staff, and clean hotel/room. Included breakfast buffet was very good, dining room had a great view over the lake. Did not use the outdoor thermal pool or bicycles due to rainy conditions. Nice location from which to walk around town.

This was our second time visiting Grand Hotel Terme. We really love the warm thermal outdoor swimming pool overlooking Lake Guarda, the comfortable well appointed rooms with balconies overlooking the lake, the lavish morning breakfast and the location right at the entrance of the old city by the castle. It is the perfect place to go spend at the beginning or end of a long trip.

The stay was amazing. The room was fantastic and overlooking the Castle de Sirmione. Really beautiful. And certaingly coming back. the spa was very good and the Terme pool is so good.

Perfect service, staff were all wonderful, extremely polite and attentive. Spa facilities and thermal pool were delightful and made our stay really special.

We stayed here during a cross-Italy trip and chose it for the location next to the old walled city. That part was amazing, but it was only the beginning. The spa services included with the room were unbelievable. The indoor hot tub, saune, thermal room, and cold showers were nothing compared to the outdoor superheated pool. There were so many different types of water jets that we lost count. Oh yeah, the room was huge and comfortable with a small balcony, and we were a one minute walk from the castle. On top of that, the staff were excellent and treated us very well. We will be doing a full review on our You Tube Channel: halffasttravelers.

Best and friendly staff

My wife and I had a wonderful week at this hotel. Everything was perfect and the staff very helpful and friendly. When our return flight was cancelled, we were so pleased that the hotel had our room available so that we could extend our holiday.

Amazing hotel nothing else to say

This is an ideal hotel to stay when visiting Sirmione, just on the edge away from the bustling crowds. It s a quiet sanctuary with excellent facilities. The jewel in the crown of the hotel are the staff, everyone of them was brilliant and nothing was to much Trouble for them. The only negative is we had to leave and return home,

The hotel location was perfect being both on the lakeside and also right at the entrance to the historic centre of Sirmione. Free parking was much appreciated and the hotel itself and its staff were exceptional. There were many good dining options within a short walking distance and also easy access to the ferry terminal and tour boat operators. A most enjoyable stay.

A great visit. Super friendly! I like to train and the staff arrange access to an external gym that was great! Service, view, food, breakfast all perfect.

This is really more of a resort, with its large geothermal pool, studded with stimulating water jets, on the lake shore. It is at the entrance to the town and castle, which is convenient.

This was incredible from the moment we entered the gates. Everyone and everything was perfection. I usually like a few comments but truly it was a dream. We have stayed in many spa hotels but the pool and spa was just perfect from temperature to pressure of jets. I felt healed after my stay

Views of the lake are stunning. Didn't use the spa facilities but they looked fantastic. Next to all Sirmione has to offer.

Just couldn't fault this hotel. We had a wonderful stay there. Perfect location next to the old town. Lovely room overlooking the lake. Staff so friendly and helpful. And dinner in the restaurant was excellent. Can't wait to go back!

Very best location. Right by the old town but in the little oasis of calm. Service is outstandingly good. Great breakfasts. Really easy to walk out to some great restaurants in the evening. Parking on site

Overall very nice but rooms were a bit small and not much room for suitcases. Service was excellent but facilities were a bit tired with worn carpets in public areas. Expensive even in comparison to other luxury hotels we stayed in. Included breakfast was very nice and the location was perfect to visit the old town.
