They didn’t accommodate my request for a close room to elevator since we had an older guest that has trouble walking. The shower was broken and they didn’t fix it. The ice cream we purchased was bad. It was old tasting and looked like it melted and re froze

Whenever I have to go to town, I like staying there. I love having the breakfast in the morning and the cocktail hour in the evening.

The condition of the hotel is excellent, the service was great and the happy hour and food were perfect. The location couldn’t have been better with how close it was to the location I was going for work.

Ive stayed in this particular hotel 5 or 6 times over the years the first was back in 2010 not long after it opened its doors for the first time.
Every stay i've had at this hotel ive enjoyed due to the friendlyness of the staff and the cleaness of the suites. My last stay was on the 6th and 7th of September 2024 and unfortunately it will be my last stay unless they renovate the suites. The carpets and sofa were filthy and worn down they were full of stains and there was a musky odor in the room. The breakfast was good, the staff are still friendly as ever, but i cant sleep in a filthy smelly room.

Property manager was very communicative via text. To ensure only registered hotel guests utilize breakfast & evening receptions ticket(s) were issued at check-in that are verified against their computer system. The food at the evening reception was underwhelming but the bartender did a great job on the drink.

Second time we stay here & every single person we’ve come in contact with has been very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is delicious & all the ladies working there are so friendly and prompt to assist in any way.

The rooms were spacious. Breakfast had a variety of buffet style/order made items that the kids enjoyed as opposed to other hotels who may have 2-3 items with coffee as the only beverage.

Whether was not bad. Our room was clean and well kept. The staff was great. The pullout couch was not the greatest, honestly it sucked but we made it work.

The hotel was modern, which provided amenities like an indoor pool, laundry, complimentary breakfast, easy parking and fitness room. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The check in was horrible I requested a manager and 30 minutes later she never showed up. The deposit is terrible we stay her a lot and the deposit has always been $50.00 they changed me $200.00. They told me that I only had to pay $150.00 and still deducted from my account the $200.00. This is ridiculous. They took out $150.00 then half a hour later they deducted the additional $50.00. I will not stay here again.

Amazing staff, clean hotel, best suprise to see free happy hour drinks/snacks & breakfast included with 12 noon checkout standard. Indoor pool w/ adult hours 9-11pm and workout room was nice!
Only thing to improve was to update hotel to include a much needed filtered water refill machine!

The property did not look like a traditional Embassy Suites Hotel. It was more like the Hilton Garden Inn. The living room area and hotel lobby area were much smaller than that of the traditional Embassy Suites. The hotel's name is deceiving. The hotel was nice but not an Embassy Suites experience.

Our stay was short but good. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The air conditioning worked well, which is always important to us. The hotel also had complimentary breakfast, which was good, as well as evening cocktails which we didn’t get a chance to enjoy but will hopefully be able to do next time. We will definitely be staying there again.
