We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. My son loved the various pools and arcade room. The staff were very friendly and the tour manager helped us to organised private transport. The buffet was varied with a delicious selection of freshly cooked food. The location was great - a short taxi ride to the falls and to get across the border to Argentina. Dreamland park was just across the road and had lots of fun activities also. Such great value!

Pool are is great for kids , rooms are a bit outdated and was not super clean (some hairs) but overall it was good, kids had a great time in the pool area.

Overall, it does the job. I wish the rooms were more alike; one room had hairdryer, tv remote, and a shower door that didn’t quite close. The other room didn’t have a hair dryer, no tv remote, and the toilet door didn’t quite close.

A very basic hotel. Friendly staff, location close to falls, decent breakfast. It’s very inexpensive and had everything you need for a couple of nights but nothing fancy.

We love how close it’s from EVERYTHING, I’m talking about the airport (5 minutes), the Iguazú Falls (10 minutes), Argentina and Paraguay borders are close too. Crossing the street there’s is museum and things to do and see. The hotel breakfasts was good and until 10am, the dinner was good too. If you get to the hotel before 2pm they take care of your bags will you go to do things around. The only bad thing was the bed, it’s was really uncomfortable and that you can hear everything that it’s going on outside of your room.

Good location. Good room size and one of the staff on reception was particularly helpful given we only speak English. Cleanliness okay. Room walls quite thin as could hear the TV at night from neighbour. Overall fair value for price.

The location is great! 5-10 minutes from airport, falls, huge mall, etc. Breakfast and dinner were good. Most of the staff speaks English. Hotel is not brand new but for the money you pay it totally worth it.
Two issues: the walls are pretty thin and you can hear everything. The pictures of the hotel show that there is a huge outside playground for kids (which is why I booked this hotel) but it doesn’t have it. I think they should update their pictures.

Great location from Iguazu falls and from airport, just little noisy when somebody walk on the rooms hall, other than that this is good choice

The Hotel wants a complete refurbishment .The shower was filthy and full of mould and rusty fittings. The room and beds and pillows etc smell fusty .Ants in the room crawling all over surfaces. The hotel states there is a swim up bar ? This must have been stolen because there is not one.

During the night shift, there were no English speaking staff, however it was fine during the day shift. The dinner hours of the restaurant started at 1900, which was a bit limiting.

It is a nice hotel and the staff is friendly. It is close to the park of Iguazu falls. Besides, the hotel provided a shuttle service from the hotel to the Argentina side of the falls and the price was reasonable. We enjoyed the trip.

Basically, they overbook and then shuttle you off to an inferior hotel with much smaller rooms. I had to go back and forth on email prior to arrival to make sure I had a room. Breakfast buffet is OK, dinner buffet is so-so. Better to take Uber for a few dollars to a restaurant at the mall or in town.

Very close to airport and bus to the Fall is just across the road. It is far from the down town but it did not bother us. The hotel interior and rooms need to be refurbished. It was a pleasant stay but not great.

Enjoyable stay. We were looking for a shuttle ride from the airport, as advertised. But, they didn't have the service available. We had to pay for a taxi and they did not reimburse.
When leaving for the airport upon checkout, we asked them for a ride. But, they said it was only a one-way option (from airport). I would have expected them to have some flexibility to give us a ride to the airport since they didn't have the service available when we arrived.
