Perfectly lovely stay!

convenient location to get to the sea front by foot or bus. hotel room is v spacious and and comfortable.

Parking was full when we arrived. No disabled parking available. Helpful receptionist

I was really disappointed with my stay here. When we checked in, we were given a 'superior room' on the first floor, overlooking the main road. The hotel was not busy at all, with many rooms available so I asked if we could change to a room on a higher floor or not overlooking the road. I was told this was not possible immediately in a very curt manner. Although the room was very clean, it did not look like the rooms advertised on here and was very lacking in any kind of character. The corridor we were on smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. The area where the hotel is located is not nice, a 20 minute walk outside the ramparts and near industrial buildings and the train station. Other small things bothered me given it was a four star hotel: there were two of us yet we were given just one small water for the room to share. There was a kettle with mugs for tea and coffee but the mugs, made of plastic, were completely stained and brown inside, not what I would expect from a hotel of this calibre. This all seem like easy things to fix and could have been very much improved by the staff being more accommodating and keen to please guests. I would not come back.

This is a good option for us on the night before the ferry to Jersey. Street parking always available and a quiet part of town. a bit of a walk if you wanted to go out, but for us it served the purpose of one night stop over

We booked for 4 nights. The hotel was great, well placed, very clean, friendly staff. The room was soundproofed, we didn’t hear others in the hotel (but when we asked, we found out the hotel was almost fully booked). The bed was a bit too hard for our taste, but might suit others. We also booked a paid parking place in the garage (accessible 24/7), but there is a paid parking on the road as well, just in front of the hotel. Safety measures due to Covid-19 were well respected. We would definitely return and recommend to others.

My boyfriend and I stayed after travel restrictions were lifted in France. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very attentive. The hôtel is a 10-15 min walk from the beach and has modern amenities, like air conditioning!!

It was close to the train station. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. It had a safe large enough to hold my laptop.

Very short stay but amazing service, accommodation and value for money!

The hotel was accommodating in that they stored our luggage since we had arrived during early morning. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only issue was the drain in the shower. Seemed that the drain was not able to let water pass in time for more water from the shower, hence the water would pool in the shower.

À spacious and comfortable room with a good shower. Perfect location if you want easy access to the station. About a 10 minute walk to Intra muros and the old town but the buses from the stop just across the road are frequent and cheap. I found the staff to be friendly and always helpful.

Chain hotel but very comfortable and friendly with light spacious room, great bathroom and excellent breakfast. Longish and not very scenic walk to old town but we stayed there because it is next to railway station.

I really couldn't find anything wrong with this hotel. My daughter and I stayed here for a weekend. The staff spoke enough English and were so friendly and accommodating. What the hotel lacks in view it makes up in position with the train station and busstops just across the road.

With a ferry departure at 10.30 in the morning, I wanted a hotel fairly close to the terminal. This was perfect, both in terms of location and quality. Check-in was easy. Staff were great. Room was clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast too. Just wish I'd booked the car park in advance – or realised that I needed to. Otherwise no complaints at all.

Good clean hotel fairly new. Close to train station. They say 15 minutes to old city. But to do it in that time must walk quickly. Allow 20 minutes at least if you walk slowly to get to edge of city. No bar fridge no toiletries only shower gel no iron in our economy room. Room size medium. Very clean and comfortable staff very friendly and helpful. Good restaurants a hundred meters away Bus station just meters away if you want to travel to the other ports. Check times especially public holidays as they don't run!

Very impressed with this clean modern hotel. Comfortable rooms and very pleasant and helpful staff. !5 min walk to St Malo old town and 2 minutes drive to Ferry port.
