The staff was amazing and super helpful. The room was consistently clean, it’s very well situated at the beginning of Oia making it easier to access. The view from the rooms are just magical and they serve you breakfast a la carte to your room which is beautiful and convenient. Highly recommend this hotel!!

Worst : no remote parking door opener provided by hotel. Understand why they have only one door opener, but hotel manager never consider customer’s inconvenience. Need to call a front desk in/out every times. Feel not good for asking door open during night time, and missed an opportunity for taking stars picture. However, will not come back this hotel even all free room. By the way, they have an excellent view, but no privacy.

La Perla is an amazing hotel. We had 2 nights there and loved every moment there. At arrival vi got an upgrade, so we had a beautiful suite with hot tub and Ocean view. Staff is really nice and good cocktails. We can only recommend! :)

Our stay at La Perla was pleasant, the staff working at the reception were responsive and nice. They had a gentleman help us with our luggage at check-in and check-out which was great. Breakfast is lovely and they have a bar you can order drinks at with a nice view. We stayed in a honeymoon villa, but unfortunately it was not very private. The pool was in front/below our villa and the umbrella blocked some of the caldera view and there were people frequenting the pool. At one point someone was smoking underneath of us and playing loud music on their phone as we were trying to enjoy our wine in our hot tub so that was a bit annoying. The hot tub is really nice but you do have to ask them to turn on the hot water. You can enjoy a beautiful sunrise from this hotel but not a sunset as it’s East facing and be prepared to walk to go into Oia; when booking I didn’t realize the location was on the out skirts. Lastly, the transport out of Oia is quiet expensive, but the driver that took us to our excursion was amazing, he told us stories and gave us recommendations on dinning (Melitini and Pita Gyros) and sightseeing. Side note - I would not recommend excursions far away, it takes away time and is pricey (cost us over a 100 Euros for a ride there and back. There are several you can book in Oia itself and stay in Fira it’s more centralized if you plan on booking far excursions. Also, if you want a hole in the wall type of place for a quick bite definitely check out Pito Gyros!

The hotel is in a terrific location and has amazing views. The rooms are consistent with the uploaded pictures. We loved the balcony and the fact they served breakfast on our balcony. The check in staff and bellboy were terrific. Would highly recommend this hotel.

The views are stunning and property is emaculately maintained. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We would recommend this hotel and we will stay here again next time we visit Santorini.

Perfectly located in Oia, great view & pool.

This place was absolutely incredible. The views were amazing! The breakfast was out of this world with so many selections. The comfort of the room prefect. The location and proximity to everywhere was just what we needed. And last but certainly not least the staff was the best!

The property is very nice, beautiful views, great infinity pool, private plunge pools, breakfast served on your own private patio table each morning. Great bar and food service. Helpful staff that will carry your suit cases or shopping bags up and down the stairs before you can even blink! Very clean and well maintained.

We stay 6 nights. View is amazing on the Caldera. Comfort is not exactly 5 stars and service was Just OK. COVID-19 may be the excuse or explanation but besides location nothing was far from being exceptional unless we do not have the same meaning of exceptional. At 500 USD per night you should made feeling bad or too demanding to ask for normal 5 stars service. We enjoy Santorini but if we ever come back we know where we will not stay.

Most beautiful- the cave room was exceptional and the pool is amazing with views that can’t be beat! The breakfast is also great! Well worth the price to stay here.

The service here is fantastic, Christina at the front desk is knowledgeable and helpful. Views are stunning, and even though you can’t see the actual sun as it sets, the color changing over the water is mesmerizing. The nature of the property puts you in extremely close quarters with other guests. I value privacy and found this almost unbearable. Being by the pool is like being in other peoples rooms, you are right in front of their porch and it’s awkward. Bed was comfortable but pillows were rock hard. Bath products full of sulfates and parabens. Breakfast was dismal, poorly cooked eggs and awful bread. If you’re looking for a true 5 star experience, this isn’t it.

Ammenties, welcome drink, free wine and gift is just a part of their incredible ways to treat customers ano tourists. Don't hesitate to spend your days in Santorini at La Perla.
